What are the measurements of the actual suet cages?

Nola, I just measured mine - 5.25 x 5.25 Inches and nicely holdd a normal suet cake. Best of luck..

Will it hold bulk suet like you buy in grocery stores in meat case?

Yes definitely. The cage doors close tightly so I don't think you would have any problem packing it with store bought suet.

What is the roof made of? Could a squirrel gnaw through it?

On my model, the roof is made of tin. A squirrel would not gnaw through it.

My single cake feeder is labeled with the brand name more birds, not stokes. are the the same?
