My cat owns several different types of collars but if he could speak I have a feeling he would say that he likes wearing his Beastie Bands best. They are just very spongy and soft and they don't have a lot of hardware on them. They also never seem to fade or start to look shabby like other collars. I rarely undo the velcro opening (scared of wearing it out I guess), I just stretch it and slip it right over his head to put it on or take it off. Also, a Beastie can be cut to fit your cats neck if it's too long or gets stretched; that is a real handy quality. You can't go wrong with one of these.

I have been using Beastie Bands on my cat for over nine years. I first saw them in a Seattle pet shop and have never gone back to the other kind since. They are super light weight and velcroed and stretchy enough to allow a cat out of a tight spot should they get caught up by the collar. My cat has never seemed bothered by her collar and after baths she doesn't mind when I place it back on her. The colors have some reflective qualities which is good if your cat ventures outside. You cut the length to fit.

Met my, and my cat's expectations!

These are wonderful collars. We pair them with a metal slide-on ID tag. The collars are just stretchy enough to come off if the cat gets hung up on something. Our collar-hating cats don’t mind wearing these at all.
