Firstly, this is not a shake. A couple of reviews mention drinking this, which is not what you do! (Think more like porridge) Its extremely easy to make, just chuck a scoop in a bowl with some boiling water and mix. It will be smooth in no time! It's not the tastiest thing ever, but it's not bad at all and goes down a treat. I've tried Golden Syrup and Toffee Biscuit and I'd prefer Toffee Biscuit but either are good if you need to pack on some calories, the flavouring is very subtle!

Applied Nutrition Cream of Rice is brilliant. Super smooth, no lumps, and digests so easily compared to oats. Great sustained energy for my workouts without feeling bloated or heavy. Tastes great on its own with a little honey, or mixed with protein. A staple in my diet now!

I really wanted to like this. I'm a snacker and I LOVE all things biscoff, so I bought this with the hopes of it satisfying my snack cravings at far fewer calories. For me, this falls very far from tree 1. Unappealing grainy texture 2. Horrible taste 3. Terrible lingering aftertaste The value for money is great, it smells OK and it's a huge tub that'll last ages, but after two attempts... It's going in the bin so value means nothing at that point. Other flavours might be better but I'd recommend you avoid this caramelised biscuit one. The chemical/artificial taste is too much to overlook.

One of the best flavours I’ve ever had and mixes great just use a whisk, add a few blueberries and some zero calories syrup 👌🏽 100% I will be buying again

if anyone can see photo less then half of the jug is empty i didnt ordered half look at the picture its not bad on tasteni mix it with a lot of stuff but has some after taste wierd dont know and if doesnt mix well fast maybe need more time for the price its ok was thinking between 3 or 4 but only price was good and for half maybe not even 3

Absolutely disgusting, I can usually stomach something not being the most pleasant which is good pre or post meal energy but this tastes horrible. It’s a horrible sweet artificial flavour.

It was a good product to try Easy to prepare Easy on stomach. With no calories for diet people. But you should make your own mix to make it as snack meal .
