Spent most of the night I bought it filling it which is good because you decide how heavy/hard it is. Went to mount it and realized the mount included won't work on a joist. That's on me. Should have looked at the mount more. Not really an issue because the bag is cheap enough that the mount is almost like a freebie. Ended up buying a mount here and hoping it will work lengthwise with the bag. If not, I'll have to add more chains. The 3 stars is for the mount not being more universal and the directions are absolutely horrible for those that do decide to use the included mount. Also, the chains on the mount don't have a locking system with the bag like other mounts I've seen and the one I purchased. Good starter system it seems and it was easy to stuff and seems sturdy. Just expect to buy a separate mount if you plan on attaching to a joist. If you use the mount included, you will only be able to bolt in 2 of the holes. The force of the bag moving will ruin your joist if you use it.

I surprised my husband with the Prorobust Punching Bag, and he absolutely loves it! This was the perfect gift for his boxing passion. The 4ft PU heavy bag and the 12oz gloves included in the set have taken his home gym training to a whole new level. It's sturdy, durable, and provides an excellent punching experience. Since it was unfilled, I was able to purchase my own sand to customize the weight of it. If you have a boxing or MMA enthusiast in your life, I highly recommend the Prorobust Punching Bag. It's a knockout choice for intense training sessions!

I’ve only had this punching bag for about a week, but I love it. I used old blankets, towels, and clothes to fill it with. I bought a separate chain to hang the bag from a steel support beam in our basement. It’s a great workout and fun to use.

Poor quality

The bag had survived 4 winters. I had hung this bag from a tree, bashed into evedy day for years. Still 4 years later, it still remained hanging strong.
