Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Kit One-Step Spray Kit Fabric Dye, Confetti

Bought this over a year ago and used it this summer. Dye mixed up fine and was very vibrant.

I love doing tie dye projects with this product it's less messy

Oh so much easier and less mess than the standard tie dye.

I did a bunch of reverse tie-dye with these colors for galaxy shirts and dresses. the colors were good on cotton, but really unexpected was how much more bright and beautiful they came out on the poly/rayon blend. wow - really cool! One thing tho- I had trouble with a couple of the spray bottles. color is great, but I really needed the precision of a good spray for my project. so that's the reason for deducting a star. It wasn't the dye, it was totally the mechanics of the spray bottle that got leaky on 2 bottles. argghh!

We used painters tape to mark names on beach towels and then used this spray dye to create a tie dye effect. We altered the package's directions to make them work for our use (didn't put into a plastic bag to set) - we left the towels outside overnight between two tarps. After removing the tape, we skipped the initial rinse (because it seemed to be washing out the color vs. setting it) and opted to wash the towels in the washing machine on cold with a little detergent which worked out well. The final product wasn't as vibrant as we had hoped, but still colorful and the names can be easily read. We created 6 large towels, but had enough dye left for more/other projects - we just weren't prepared for that! I'd definitely recommend using twice as much dye as you think you'd need, possibly even respraying after an initial dry time, to help make the final produce more vibrant. We plan to use this product for future projects.

5yr old and 9ye old loved them! They were too hard for my 3yr to spray. The colors came out great!

These were so easy and fun to use. Everything you need is in the package (gloves, rubber bands, dye). We used more than what was included but we did several projects. It says you can do 14 projects, but it would depend on how much you use.The red bottle leaked a lot and even with the gloves it got on us, but scrubbing your hands with something abrasive helps take it off. After a few washes it was gone from our hands.Because we had some left over, we were still able to use it several days after mixing it up. That was nice because the kids wanted to touch up their projects and were able to.Overall, I really liked the ease of this and would definitely buy again.

These didn’t work as well as I had hoped. Messy and 2 of the sprayers didn’t work.
