Yes, that's right I said it and have both.So far this PGYtech capture clip has turned out better than Peak Design's V3.I travel a lot! (Youtube)And trust this completely to support my Full Frame Lumix S5 with either a prime, kit or 70-300mm lens attached!My honest first thought was why would I buy a Chinese knock off brand when I could spend £5-10 more and buy a more well spoken about brand such as Peak Designs V3 capture Clip instead!So, I bought Peak Designs and honestly liked it!But,PD clip V3 is now outdated. Unless your backpack strap is thin the clip will NOT fit!This PGYTECH beetle clip is just as solidly made with a faster locking mechanism followed by a wider better suited body that can clip on to many more backpacks out there, like my Wandrd 31 PRVKE. It also comes with more attachable accessories such as the clip that holds my GoPro, and the arca Swiss plate fits my Benro Carbon Tripod.Don't waste your time on an old outdated camera clip system and save yourself the time (and money) and choose the Beetle instead.P.s. I was also interested in the Polar Pro camera clip but that is only available in the US.I'm happy with my purchase and love being hands free when in Airports etc..

Awsome amazing and bloody helpful. Great clip very strong and easy to use especially if moving from one bag to another or evan belt. Works on all my arca swiss heads and has great build quality. I recommend this item 10/10

The Peak Design clip was too small for the chunky straps of my Lowepro camera backpack, so I took a chance on this one. To my delight, it fits perfectly and is as solid as a rock. I use it to support my Nikon Z7ii, wirh a 24-200mm lens - no problem.

Yes, it's solid and sturdy.. but due to the design it can be a little loose on some padded straps, depending on how thick it is. The problem is that one side may clamp down more than the other, which leads to a bit of sliding. Other than that, very good.

Easy to use, get the adjustment right and it won’t move, I had it on a back pack strap and had the camera hanging from it there, camera was out the way even with a 300mm lens on, clip the camera in , lock it if you feel like it then have both hands free with the knowledge that that clip is going to hold on to your camera and not constant adjusting like with a strap( once you’ve found your happy place with the clip of course), used it around air shows tankfest and the like and it’s a revelation being able to clip the camera on and know it’s not going to fall off

This is a well made bit of kit.Looks sturdy, seems to work well with the plate that comes with it... however, and here's the rub for me...it doesn't work with other Arca plates I have. The locking mechanism relies on the narrow rim around the bottom of plate and my other plates either have a wider rim (Manfrotto) or a wide incomplete rim (Peak Design) so they slide into the mount, but don't lock.Sadly it's going back and I'll see if I can live with the Peak Design equivalent.

I have used the peak design and f38 but the design is the best I will highly recommend this. Solid build easy to use and the ecosystem is great 👍
