Easily cleaned, the nozzles are comfortable and works as expected.Tips for a thorough clean:Use a small amount of water at first like 100/200ml until you cramping, as this first wave forces all poop and gas which can cause a cramping sensation very soon.The second time try to use 500ml-1l, as it goes further up you'll most likely start cramping again. Turn off the nozzle, hold the water in for 5-10 mins if possible and massage your tummy to make the water cleanse thoroughly then expel.Third time, try to reach at least 1litre, some people can use the full litres in a single sitting but don't be discouraged if you can't as we are all built differently.The water should now be coming out clear, you can do a final rinse with 500ml or so, if you are having an intimate time with a partner or loved one. You should now be clean down below for the next 10-12 hours guaranteed. You may not need to poop for a day or two, but it's still advisable to make sure you keep your fibre up. Psyllium husk is fantastic and works synergistically with colon cleanses.You can also add coffee to the enema to detoxify the liver. Theres not a lot to tell you... it works. The nozzles are smooth whre they need to be. The silicone bag is decent quality. The stopcok on the pipe was a bit fiddly and stiff to operate with one hand initally but after a few times, it gets easier.

worth the money. where to buy extra piece for change?

The advert gave the impression it came with the coffee enema mix. It didn’t and I can’t be bothered to source one. If I had 10 minutes to return it I would.

When purchased it’s also suggested to buy detox coffee. Supposed from same seller. It’s a NO . The coffee not fine enough so block the tube completely. Luckily Amazon offered refund money and that’s small bag of £11.Not all the nozzles works properly due to connectivity issues. The tube is not grabbed the nozzle or either way. It’s not fit for its purpose with the tube . Keep falling out.If you keep holding the connector, it’s ok but really not ideal.
