Power Swim Hand Paddles Adjustable Straps, for Unisex-Adults & Kids | Durable & Lightweight Polypropylene, Custom Fit, Lap Training, Stroke Drills, Resistance Tool, Pair Included, Youth To Adult

Great value, and really good quality.

I love these. They are a great size to provide a good amount of resistance and still help refine my form. The elastic straps look like they will hold up well and not crack like other paddles I have used. It feels nice on my wrist and fingers and doesn’t rub.

Excellent paddles for a good swim workout. Grip is good, and I definitely feel a positive difference with my upper body workout.

This does a good job at adding friction/pressure to the stroke. It's not the most comfortable on my fingers, especially the middle one. It feels like it needs to allow for a little bend. But that just might be my hands. I'm not an advanced swimmer myself. It is super helpful and I recommend it if trying to add an arm work out with the basic strokes (said from one novice to potentially another.)

My daughter swims in the college and she loved them. She says it works her muscle a lot.

These paddles are the biz, so simple and they improve my lap swimming speed AND technique. They really are that good

I am impressed with the design and construction of these Swim Paddles. I ordered the "Large" size because I have large hands and long fingers. Of the six (6) versions of Swim Paddles I ordered from different manufacturers via Amazon, these are the only Paddles that are actually a bit larger than my hand! The large surface are provides for extraordinary pull and resistance through the water, but I kept hitting the pool lane divider and the opposite Paddle as I swam. Close to what I was looking for but just a bit too big. I like the solid tubing used as retaining straps as I think it would last longer than hollow tubing used by other manufacturers.

They work

Bought for my son's training, competitive swimmer. They work well
