No, it's liquid...like water or any basic mouth wash.

What is the Expiration date ?

Expiration date printed on lower right corner of back label. Generally three years from purchase.

Can this be used after wisdom tooth removal?

I would wait several days for things to heal a bit before using anything that wasn't suggested by your doctor. Personally I used the red label--Orajel for toothache since it contains an analgesic. I used it when I had three molars removed and it helped.
