So the taste is a bit on the vitamin side. You can tell it's most likely better for you than a Ghost, Redbull or Celsius because those are masked by a lot of artificial flavoring to cover up the chemical ingredients. This has 3g of sugar and not sucrose in it, I would rather very low sugar which you probably will burn off quickly rather than sucrose which messes with your gut flora. Sugar is best consumed in the morning where your body processes it best anyway and since I only drink caffeine in the morning I am fine with it. It does not make me feel shaky or make me anxious like most energy drinks and even coffee as green tea is probably the best way to get caffeine. I will be getting this again.

Hands down, best energy drink on the market. No sucralose, best tasting, no odd after taste. I don't know why people are saying it has a chemical-tasting after taste.

Honest Review: I was looking for an alternative to Celcius, trying to get away from sucralose sweetener - unfortunately, Lifeaid Fitaid was not the solution - I bought the variety pack so I could try all the flavors, but they all tasted nasty - the first thing that hits you when you open them is THE SMELL - the only thing I can compare it to is the smell from the old Flintstone's Vitamins we took as a kid - STRONG vitamin stench from the cans - the taste isn't much better - all 4 flavors were just gross and leave a terrible aftertaste in your mouth for a long time - definitely not for me - back to Celcius.

I love drinks that use stevia instead of Sucralose. The flavors sound good, but the taste needs some improvement. These seem like a healthier version of most energy drinks out there.

I was disappointed when the variety pack only had two flavors when it implies in the listing you'd receive 4. With that being said, this leaves no icky taste in my mouth similar to AceK or Sucralose energy drinks, also avoids the stomach issues that those bring as well. People are correct that the flavor does have an intense vitamin taste, as well as smell but you get use to it. Expensive, but worth it if you ask me. Hibiscus, and the Peach flavors are great. The blackberry pineapple tastes like cough medicine which was gross.

I first discovered these in a grocery store, now I'm glad amazon has them, can't live without them. They are very affordable, effective, gives you plenty of energy without the crash, and super delicious, yummmy
