Please note this is really for dips calf raises etc. this is not a powerlifting belt although you can use for back support. The stitching is very good quality as are the buckles and clips. Velcro strap is super thick and almost just wraps around you when you put it on and is very comfortable and stable. I think chain length is always a personal preference but it’s super easy to modify yourself.
