ovios Ergonomic Office Chair Home Office Desk Chair Computer Chair with Lumbar Support High Back Executive Height Adjustable Rolling Swivel Task Chair, Suede Fabric (Beige) (Brown)

wheels feel loose, seating cushion not very comfortable, chair keeps squeaking.

Beautiful! Bought two for our shared home office. I’m 5’2 and husband is 5’11 and we both find them very comfy. Supports lower back and I’m short enough to use head rest. Easy assembly. Material is beautiful, I’m hoping it holds up and does not crack.

Love it so far. Looks like leather, but is better because you can wipe the fabric down, not cold. Would recommend, have only had it a few months, but seems sturdy, very comfortable.

The chair base arrived with rust, I've opened a request and in a few days, a brand new base arrived at my doorstep. An A+ for customer support. But today, after 3 months of the usage here it is. The chair is comfortable to sit, but as the height of the back rest cannot be adjusted, the lumbar support is not in the right position for someone with 6'2". It's a bit noisy sometimes, but which not ultra premium chair isn't it? The worse part for me is the armrest. I can now feel the screws under the padding and it hurts the arm/elbow. This part can be drastically improved.

The chair is spot on to the picture and description, exactly what I wanted, also comfy and great size. However if you were hoping this chair would last a year, it won't. I have barely had it 8 months and it no longer adjusts up and down. It took me awhile to realize that the black tar substance on my floors was coming from the faulty piston in the chair and connected to the reason the chair would slowly over time sink to the lowest setting, now it no longer goes up at all. I am hoping to find a new piston or chair base, but this should not have happened in less than a year. Update: I contacted the seller and let them know that the gas piston was leaking and no longer functioning. They responded within days and have already sent a new piston for replacement. The customer service with this company is very responsive and helpful. Here is to hoping that it works to fix the chair.

The fabric quality is poor and carries an unpleasant odor, and the item I received had visible stitching defects that allowed interior materials to protrude. It does not match the appearance shown in the product images. My attempt to return the item became quite difficult; after dropping it off at a UPS store, I was informed that I should have contacted the manufacturer first, and they only offered a partial refund. The subsequent back-and-forth communication has made this a very unsatisfactory business experience.
