A little strange
I initially received one battery and it wouldn't charge so I went to Amazon they said they would put me in touch with the 3rd party seller and if they sent me a return label to throw it away.(?) Whatever I threw the defective battery away and QUICKLY received the two batteries that I had ordered. Excellent customer service from the seller.

Didn't quite fit
I ordered this for a Ridgid locator. It just doesn't fit and I can't return it because of the fire hazardous nature. It was sent to me in the packaging for the batteries in a cardboard box, thats it. And I can't ship it back the exact way it was shipped to me. More of an Amazon shipping standard than the actual product. Very frustrating

Wrong packaging
The battery I ordered is supposed to be a two battery pack deal and even says so on the box and when I got the package there is only one battery in the package

Your packaging is almost impossible to open!!! I am an elderly person and it took me a half hour to get the darn thing open!!!

When my "batteries" arrived, there was only one in the box, but I bought a 2 pack. I have tried to resolve this without a product review with no luck.
