Once you learn how to get it on right - it's as comfortable as a diaper can be, they can be adjusted w/o ripping, it shouldn't leak and they greatly reduce skin damage. They are not super easy to take off w/o ripping if you're standing up. They have an amazingly diverse line of products (pads, briefs and diapers) and absorbency (from 2-10 drops with two different products at each level). Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't carry the full line. The Molicare website shows all of the different combos. The company and prices are English). I've found a couple of US distributors.

These are extremely comfortable. The side panels are stretchy, and feel more like underwear on your hips. And they ride across your hips more like underwear would. They are very absorbent, quick to wick away fluids, and do a decent job of masking odor. I wear a pair of underwear over these, as they tend to sag a bit when wet. I'd say you would get 4-6 hours of daytime protection, and 6-8 of night-time protection.

I love these and swear by them. Fit, comfort and look great. Very discreet. Only thing I dislike is the price changes so often on here, these were originally $68 a box (66 ct). Very upsetting.

Overpriced (at least on Amazon) and not nearly as absorbent as advertised. It also didn’t fit despite ostensibly being size M, which hasn’t been a problem with most diaper brands I’ve tried. Waste of money.

They are a little different getting the right fit, but they work very well. The hold a lot, and are very comfortable. They have elastic that runs along the sides for leak protection and are very well made. They are worth a try. Only two tapes so it easy to put on.

Strung, comfortable and absorbent

Lists as a case of 66, they only sent a single pack of 22. Contacted the seller to see if they were going to send the rest or send a partial refund. Instead they insisted I send the product back and in return they would give me a coupon off a new order. Took about a week but finally managed to get a full refund for the shady tactics. As for the actual product, with what I was able to and did use, its highly comfortable, very absorbent, and the small actually fits properly on small waists! These were all major pluses. Medical here, but probably one of the best “baby like” diapers you can get if you happen to be into the abdl thing as well.
