Don’t use it often enough to figure out how to remove cartridges and online manuals are not that easy to find. In any case, need to apply significant force to move lever forward and as of right now, it is stuck again. Overengineered, overpriced, non-intuitive product. Sometimes better to stick with cheap dispensers which work when you need them to.
