I bleached my hair beforehand of course but nonetheless this hair dye definitely exceeded it's expectations. It lasted longer than I thought it would as well, in my opinion. I would definitely recommend and purchase this product again.These pictures were a month after I dyed it.

I used Electric Amethyst & Atomic Turquoise over gray! I wanted to use only a little bit at the front, and it came out great! I smothered the strands, then let it set while watching two TV episodes. Also used my blow dryer on low on the area for a few minutes. Pretty easy to do. Hope it lasts for a bit.

I have always been one to switch my hair color every month, but the first time I used this, all that changed. I've kept my hair Atomic Teal for close to 2 years now and I don't think I'll change it any time soon. I just wish the dye was a little thicker bc I hate when it gets on the towel I lay on the counter, feels like I'm wasting good money.

I used this on my hair that I had bleached back in 2014, and it worked quite nicely. My hair is down past my bottom so, the from shoulder down it is bleached. However on my daughters hair she is a dirty blonde naturally, it just turned it Green. Looked like mermaid hair. However the Product was very easy to deal with, it didn't die anything. i did get some on the sink and with a bit of elbow grease easily came off. I can not stand taking cold showers, and have been told the best way to keep the stuff in the hair is to wash your hair in cold water, hence this last about 12 days.

As you can see from the image, my hair is mid length. I have grown out my roots and just the bottom half is bleached. This product is by far my favorite.The formula not only gives me good coverage but it doesn’t stain me the same way other products do. It will also not transfer to your pillow!The jar has enough product to color my hair twice and lasts about a month and a half before I have to add more color. This despite the fact I wash my hair with hot water three times a week!

Okay. Like everyone else and their mom, over the past 4 months I've picked up a few hobbies, or Quaran-talents as I call them. This was the summer of hair experiments, haha. I am now gray and obsessed with Dark Star, but before this, I had used Atomic Turquoise and Voodoo Blue. Manic Panic is truly THE best! I leave it on my dry hair with a shower cap for 2 hrs. For people saying it does not work, I'm not sure why. I naturally have dark brown hair. My before pics were super grown out highlights that were done last November. I had to bleach my hair ends (ombre like) only 1 time to get this amazingly rich color! Their blue colors are powerful!! Manic Panic is a really fun and inexpensive way to mix it up. To strip the blue, as I headed back to blonde, then gray, I used only vitamin C powder mixed with anti-dandruff shampoo until the end when I had to bleach 2 times to get it level 9 for Dark Star (I have awesome pics on that color too!)I hope this review and pictures are helpful in making a decision regarding purchasing this product. I love Manic Panic and I love teal, I've used this in the past, but didn't lighten my hair light enough and so it was more a green than teal. Lesson learned! And for a little jar I was able to do the ombre like I wanted as well as two boys' hair (one of which was a full head and a high and tight sort of haircut), longer hair of course I would suggest two bottles. The only way you would be able to get the color in the swatch is if you have pale/platinum blonde or white hair, but the longer you leave it the best result. Shipping was fast, it was coming from LA to Va Beach and it only took about three days and arrived a day before the estimated date. It also leaves your hair conditioned and a little more better shape feel wise after the bleaching.I've also used other colors and other brands for personal and other's hair (I use to be a cosmetology student) and Manic Panic is the best for funky alternative colors and I'd recommend it to every one whether it's their first time or 100th using rainbow colors!

Didn't work on my dark hair. It went on as the intense color. But washed out nearly transparent. Couldn't even tell I had it on. Once I ordered it. I read some more of the reviews stating just that. So that was my own fault. Three stars for the sake of me wasting my money. Nothing to do with the product or the seller. I thought this was going to show up on my hair just the same as a hot pink color I have that all you do is put in on your hair. Let stand, rinse out and wallah. Bright colored tips.
