Not my favourite but acceptable.
Not the most effective hair dye, had to leave it on for a very long time. Nice colour when it finally finished developing.

The hair dye didnt work it was on over an hour absolutely rubbish very upset!

This doesn’t cover grey roots
Well. I wish I’d read the reviews first. I’m 56 and usually blonde and have had to cover root growth for a good few years now. I’ve been looking for an alternative to John freida dye I’ve used for years as they suddenly stopped selling it ! I’ve used the JR brand before and had very blonde results with good root coverage but despite the bond repair products it did feel very brittle and dry a couple of washes in. I chose this one due to the root blending claim as my roots are silver grey. This has not touched my roots at all and if anything has just made my hair more like the colour of the roots so they don’t show as much !! This may be the actual result they are looking for but I feel this colour has aged me 🥺. If anyone from JR can advise me what to do next I’d appreciate some advice.

Not good delivery
Product as ever good. But delivery driver not so..mine and another person parcels left in public lounge not a safe place. It was lucky someone saw them.and delivered to both our flats. There was no need to leave anywhere as we were both home. This is a serious matter. And l hope it will be dealt with. Amazon drivers are normally excellent. Thank you.

Didn't really change the colour
Love the 10 min hair mask but the colour didn't really take, I'm a light blonde to start off with but it didn't really change it. I think I'll try a lighter one next time.

Awful smell
Dreadful product. I followed the instructions Implicitly and yes it has given good colour. However. 2 weeks later my head still reeks of ammonia and nothing I try removes the smell. It is choking. Wouldn't recommend unless you wish to smell like rotten eggs.

Does nothing 🙄
Absolutely useless. Pics and text on box exceptionally misleading. Have been using box kits to bleach and tone my hair for years, and this is by far the worst product I've ever tried. Not sure why it's described as permanent. It genuinely did nothing. Didn't blend grey, didn't lighten dark hair, didn't tone bleached hair - so the only thing permanent is the waste of your time and money. 👎💸
