Where is the fourth wheel?

It is stored underneath the car body. Turn the car over and you will find it attached to the bottom. If you still can’t find it, just let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

How to pair the remote with the car?

Press and hold the Forward and Back buttons together, and the speed display light will flash. The speed display light stops flashing, which means the remote control and the car have been paired successfully.

The car can't be turned on even if fully charged, how can I fix it?

If the power wires are not connected well, the car will not hold the charge and can't be turned on. Please make sure the wires are inserted into the small metal plate of the fuse, you can refer to the video shown on our product page.

What should I do if I have problems installing or driving the car?

Our product includes a detailed instruction manual, and installation videos are available via the link on the main image. Please feel free to contact our support team with any questions.
