Brasstown chocolate was founded in 2011 by rom still and Barbara price as a chocolate bean to bar manufacturer. Every bar is hand crafted with the finest ingredients. Our goal is to make award winning chocolate and to source organic and fair trade ingredients whenever possible. We are constantly researching and studying cacao and the chocolate making process to improve our products. In most cases we direct source the beans and have established relationships with many cooperatives.
