BUYER BEWARE! The seller does not stand behind their warranty. I bought this and used it maybe 5 times before it started leaking. Parts of it won't expand so those parts leak out so water never makes it to the tip of the hose! I'm so disappointed and never would have thought that a hose would be unusable a few months into the purchase. The seller continued to make excuses and never refunded or replaced the item.

Given what I have read about these types of hoses I was not expecting much, but I had a particular need for something compact and easy to store. I looked for one that had the highest reviews and took a chance. So far it's worked out really well. Contrary to what I have read it does have a tendency to kink, but a quick flip and it straightened right out. I also bought a 50' one, but haven't used it yet. Hopefully that one will also work out well. It also has a brass shut off at the end which comes in very handy to regulate the flow. The included nozzle is plastic, but surprisingly well built. Of all the expandable hoses on the market I have no trouble recommending this one. UPDATE - when I wrote this review I thought it was for the 25' but my remarks apply to both sizes.Update - I’ve used the 50’ one about ten times and was very happy until it just burst all over my garage. I can’t find any information on a warranty. So I guess I’m stuck.

Absolutely LOVE this hose!!! I originally purchased a 25 foot hose and was so happy with it that I went back and bought this 50 footer. Now I have one on each side of my home. It is so light weight! I've lugged those heavy expensive no-kink hoses around for years. I don't have that kind of energy anymore so went to these lighter types. It extends a full 50 feet and there are no kinks. Pressure is great and it's oh so easy to store!The sprayer that comes with it is pretty good too... as good as any others I've had. If you're tired of dragging around those heavy old hoses around, this is for you. My last one held up for 5+ years, then it sprung a leak. It was well worth the cost to not to have to drag around the old style heavy hose and fight with the kinks. If this only lasts through one summer, I'll be happy!

I haven't used the nozzle, only the hose. This is my first time using one of these fancy expanding hoses. Works great! Here are a few points:- We used the extra O-ring it came with to attach it to a pressure-washer, but to tighten it without any leaks we needed to use a pair of pliers to tighten it enough.- When disconnecting or turning off the water, the hose will start shrinking and squirts out the remaining water in the hose. Just be prepared for this.- to "fill" the hose, just connect it to the water source and close the exit; pressure will build up and it will expand.

These hoses are guaranteed to spring a leak somewhere in the hose within 6 to 12 months of usage. The guarantee on the product is 12 month, and the leaks start somewhere in the 13 month. I didn't learned my lesson and purchased 4 of these hoses in a 3 year span, and all three sprung a leak during the irrigation season in Ohio. I'm sure the longevity of these hoses would be less if the watering season was longer, like in the south. The light weight and flexibility of these hoses is great, but the quality of the material is poor.

I bought one 25 foot hose and really liked it that I bought 2 more but this time 50 feet long. Enjoy them all so far. Very easy to use; very light; no kinks; no drips; conserves water with the off valve! I got rid of all my older rubber hoses as they kinked and were too heavy. The one negative thing is that ine of the 50 foot hoses arrived without original packaging and instead in a generic opened bag but it had no bad effect and hose still works fine so far.

Product design is defective. It's a great idea and works well except the inner hose does not attach wield to the metal end fittings. I bought 4 and they all failed at this point. One explosively covering me in water. Kids were amused but I wasn't.

The idea is great but the fabric snags on my wooden deck and gets stuck. The slightest imperfection on the deck catches it. It ended up splitting and leaking so to the trash it went. BUT, I actually did buy a second one and use it more cautiously and it’s doing fine. For my backyard I bought a much cheaper one at the Christmas tree shoppe and although it gets used slightly less, that ones holding up well.
