My wife and I love them. Nice heavy pans. I’ve never used all clad, but for under a third of the price I think these are great for any home chef. Also like that the edges are rolled so no worries about oxidation between layers. I’m sure these will last us a long time or until I win the lottery and by all clad just for the hell of it

I've used Misen knives (chef's knife and paring knife) and was excited to see their big stainless steel set on Amazon. I ordered it immediately and was excited to get it in the mail. Every product in the set feels and looks great - has a nice weight to it and just looks beautiful in my kitchen. The stainless steel truly does cook my food evenly which I appreciate. I am so excited to make soups, stews, stir-fries, and more with it. I already used some of the products and I think my favorite product is the 6 qt rondeau because of how versatile it is. I never owned one before but it has quickly become a great addition to my kitchen. The value of this set is what got me to purchase it, but the quality is what makes me want to buy more. I highly recommend buying this product and any other Misen products. I know I certainly will continue to be a customer.

I had been looking to find a descent cookware set for some time and my friend recommended the brand Misen and I could not be more pleased. I originally ordered the 5 piece set but when they arrived I loved them so much I returned them and got the 9 piece set. I was a little hesitant about getting stainless steel because I’ve heard heard horror stories about cleaning them but I was very pleased that these pots were not only easy to hand clean but they are dishwasher safe as well. Huge plus for me. I live in an apartment with older electric coil burners and I’ve always had an issue with proper heat distribution but with these Misen pots it’s like I’m cooking on a gas burner. I’ve had even cooking on all my meals and have been able to control the temps like a pro even with a sub par range. I’ve had these pots for about a month and they are one of the best purchases I’ve made in a long while. They are worth every penny and would recommend them for anyone. Beginners to Expert level chefs.

I ordered this set on July 14th… 10 days later and the pan has a burn mark on the bottom. I followed step by step instructions. Go with all clad. Also, no customer service number email only. Come on….

First off… This set is amazing. Each piece is thick, heavy, nicely made, and NOT CHEAP at all. The pans have a luxurious feel as it should per the cost. They look like they were molded into one solid piece. I knew they were going to be great when the box arrived and it was too heavy to carry into the house alone. I haven’t used them yet, but with quality, I have no doubt I won’t have to worry about burning food or uneven cooking as I do with cheaper sets. If you are looking for a nice set of cookware to replace cheaper pots and pans, THIS IS THE SET you are searching for. *Update: I attempted to make pancakes using the small skillet. I preheated the pan with butter, poured in the batter, and not only did the batter stick to the pan but the pan burnt. I washed the pan thinking that it burnt because I use butter instead of oil, so I added cooking oil to the pan and proceeded to cook another pancake but that pancake stuck to the pan as well and the pan burnt once again. I cleaned the pan for the third time and tried to use olive oil to cook a third pancake and it stuck to the pan once again and the pan burnt on the top and the bottom. I have not tried to use another skillet but the pots work well with boiling and preparing saucy foods. So far with trying to cook anything in the skillet isn’t going too well.

Misen knifes was my first purchase. The best Knifes ever. I was so happy with my purchase that I decided to replace my various old pots and pans with Misen. First of all I was so impressed with the packaging. Once I opened it and was in love with the beauty and the quality. It’s very very high quality thick heavy, but very easy to handle and everything cooks so well…,the pans heat very evenly and quickly. Definitely restaurant chef quality. I’m so glad I picked the 9 piece set. This stainless cookware will last forever. Love love Misen.

I've been looking for a new set of pans to buy for a while. I didn't want to do non-stick, but I was also hesitant towards cast iron as they can just be a bit heavy and unwieldy. I ended up going for stainless steel when I found out that you can also season these to become non stick in a similar way that you can with cast iron. I had heard some good things about the Misen pans so I wanted to try out their full high end set. I have to say I'm surprisingly impressed. In fact, I didn't realize how lacking my current pan set was until I started using the Misen stuff. The moment you pick these pans up you can just feel the thick bottom surface that creates a really even distribution and intensity of heat (the first time I used these I actually had to get used to how much hotter they get than my other fans). I was also impressed with the handles. I literally got some oil smoking in these pans for 5-10minutes and the handles still didn't get hot. Very impressed so far and excited to break these guys in!

I am IN LOVE with this stainless steel set. Been thinking of upgrading my cheap cookware set for a long time now and chose to stick with Misen as I’ve had wonderful experiences with their knives and kitchen accessories. Let me tell you I cannot understate how high Quality these feel. Extremely sturdy, balanced, well weighted and beautiful. I feel like this is the equipment you’d find on chopped kitchen! The heat distribution seems very balanced and this set has fully sold me on stainless steel. Highly recommend! The price may be daunting but the quality certainly matches the cost.
