Q: Is there low-pressure cut-off (auto-start-off) on this switch when pump runs dry?

No. Adj low pressure and high only

Q: Does this 9013 fsg2 03/50 have a switch arm? the specs say it does, but the picture doesen't show it.

Mine did not have a switch arm.

Q: How much pressure on tank ?

When the tank presure drops to 30psi switch contacts diconnects at 50psi, that the pressure in the tank, there is a small amount of adjustment in this switch maybe +_ 5psi

Q: Will this work for a 24v system?

Why not? The electrical portion consists of just two NO contacts. I run the pump over a 24V contactor system.
