I first purchased a Nokia 2720 flip as I have always had Nokia in the past, but the battery and 4g signal was awful. I had already purchased the doro for my wife so reluctantly returned the Nokia because of the issues I had with it. I then decided to purchase the second doro to replace the Nokia and I'm glad to say that I made the right decision and I am very pleased with doro,it's a nice compact easy phone to use, sound is clear, menu system is easy to follow, display is clear and the battery life is brilliant. Also one other bonus feature I would like to mention is that it has a very good quality mp3 player which when connected via Bluetooth to headphones or speakers gives an excellent sound experience, I just inserted an sd memory with music I had downloaded then go into files then select music and it's up and running......GREAT PHONE

Excellent. My wife and i have one each and have de-toxed from “smart” phones completely. Texting is a pain but everything else is great. If you want to avoid Digital ID these are the best phones for it

Nokia etc nowadays make dreadful feature phones with poor physical quality, cheapness, bad software.This phone is one of the best I've used, the quality is good and it has decent features in it's OS, battery life is good. Only issues are the auto dictionary always turns back on after leaving texting/writing, and the predictive English text can be bad (Chinese manufacturer I believe). A memo/notepad would have been handy too.

Just wanted a basic, easy, no frills phone for an elderly relative. This is excellent. Easy to set up and easy to use. Clear and easy to see screen and buttons.

Functionality:This was bought for my 95 year old mother to replace a ‘soon to be obsolete’ 2g phone. All that is required is the ability to make calls and answer calls and both functions could not be more basic - perfect for a ‘non-technical’ lady of advancing years.

The Doro 6880 is an upgrade from an older Doro mobile phone for my mother-in-law. The flip design prevents accidental button presses and the caller display window allows caller screening to avoid answering unknown/unwanted calls. So 'flip to answer' is on and provides additional convenience over the old phone.Set up required only transferring the SIM card so the Doro 6880 was almost immediately in operation. The 4G call quality is a noticeable improvement and much appreciated by my mother-in-law who is enjoying her new phone very much! Altogether very well received.Doro followed the purchase of the phone with further information about the included extended warranty of 2 years and a link to the phone manual if required. However, the phone is easy to use 'out of the box'.The Doro 6880 is a quality product backed up by excellent service.

Bought this for my wife in Black Friday sale, had several different dates for delivery, almost cancelled but then turned up early anyway. Please with it as a whole, but somewhere along the research I read that it was capable of connecting to the internet, but not wi-fi. After spending hours trying to find a browser, I discovered that the only uses of internet are actually to update the phone, and get weather forecasts. Unfortunately I had already signed up to a plan with data by then.Also had issues with IF the emergency alert button is used (which I set up with my mobile number) the phone screeches when I answer, and it also does this when the speaker function is used during a call.

Great wee phone for my old man he 78 So doesn’t like much change This phone is just like his old one But 4G compatibleThere’s only one thing it’s impossible to connect to home WiFi internet just off course much do this so you don’t use mobile data But it does have an feature that it only uses 4G enabled for calls just is fine Just don’t think you’re going to be shopping online like your smartphone It allows messages & calls no WhatsApp no facebook messages etc But what fine for my dad he just wants to make calls with easy It has an emergency alarm you can program phone numbers to #1 me #2 doctors #3 sister etcSo battery life is gd can charge phone via Type C on side of phone or use docking station He uses Type C
