Question 1

I have thin hair, but the tapes my hairdresser puts in last me until he removes them, over two months. Will your tapes for thick hair damage mine???

Accepted Answer

I also have thin hair and they don’t damage. You have to be diligent about washing because oils make them thick and slip. Also be sure to use a lot of alcohol based remover to get them off or you will have tape residue left in your hair.

Question 2

Does this have latex?

Accepted Answer

No polyester acrylic or latex. I would highly recommend doing a test on a couple panels to make sure everything is ok. Hope that helps.

Question 3

Does the tape have a shine?

Accepted Answer

It does have a little shine, however, it cannot be seen when worn with tape extensions. It is the best extension tape I have ever used. My salon uses this on the daily for all or tape extension clients.

Question 4

i'm looking for a reusable tape for tape in extensions that isn't really really thick the last time i used ta in the extensions the reuse tape was so thick it was matted all in my thin hair. it was a nightmare. i like the tape that comes on the extentions it is thin and it doesn't leave all that mess. is this similar

Accepted Answer

Hello!
Thin tape for hair extensions is the way to go. I totally know what you mean by avoiding thick tape, it can really damage the hair. I once experienced a lot of hair loss due to it. I have a lot of reusable tape. Sallys beauty salon has a great selection just for hair extensions directly and their workers should know what they're doing if you describe to them what you are looking for. I like to look for my tape in person, but also recommend going to the Glam Seamless hair extensions website. I will include a link to their direct section for their thin tape tabs. I hope I was a help! :) https://www.glamseamless.com/collections/tape-tabs
