Easy to install and use
Works as designed. Was plug in play from the old one that stopped working. Cosmetically is appealing if updating house hardware. The mechanism is a bit “cheap” feeling when moving up and down. Wish it had a bit more weight to it if that makes sense. I would still order again considering what you get for the price.

Slide em up or down
Fits spot on. Slides easily. Easy to install. Replacement for my old ones. They lay flat so you don't see them, looking good. Decent value. Good quality for the price.

Perfect thing to hold a door in place when you have a double door situation. It’s been working for a year so far

Moderate quality, too wide
Thin gauge metal and small diameter locking rod compared with Home Depot version. Biggest issue is that it's too wide (7/8") to drop in replace old 3/4" wide flush bolt. Great price, but I need to return them.

Working as should
This item was recently installed and the unit is working to hold door in place perfectly. The recessed button for operation is easy to use. I recommend.

Poor quality, Look elsewhere
Pretty disappointed with the quality of these hidden door latches. The two I received were not at 90 degree angles and when I bent them to 90, it affected the smoothness of the latch mechanism. Also, and IMO an unacceptable issue, the screws provided were absolutely worthless. I think they are made of sugar because the first one I used WITH A HAND SCREWDRIVER broke before it got a few threads in... I also doubt it is in fact stainless steel, but mine were painted. Lastly, the metal posts that hold the door exit the latch at an angle so FYI, the hole you drill for it to secure the door will need some margin to account for the angle change. I kept them because I had already cut the channel in my door but I wouldn't buy again.
