The AC is awesome.Pros-1- This is the most power efficient 1 ton AC. I have compared with all brands.2- Super Silent Indoor and Outdoor unit.3- Brand reliability.4- Built in Stabiliser. ( I am not using any external Stabiliser.)5- Runs on low voltage. (In my area at night the voltage is around 180V and the ac runs without any issue.)6- The On/Off button and Powerchill button glow in dark so you can turn off the ac in without turn on the light.Cons- ( Not actually con but may be those thing matters to someone. Its personal preference.)1- Not temperature display on indoor unit.2- No clock on remote. You can only set on and off timer in hours.3- It takes 15-20 sec to start cooling.Suggestions to buyers- Installation arrange by your self. I have read all the reviews then i found most of the negative reviews given buy customers because of bad installation service. Its costs only 500-800 more but you will get peace of mind. Noise from the unit was due to faulty fan, service team at Trivandrum promptly replaced it within warranty period. Said might be because ants, so please use appropriate ant repellent. Good service and very economical AC. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Great product, on expensive side *by P***. on Reviewed in India on 23 April 2019* We bough this product 3 weeks back. It was a scheduled delivery and worked according to the set schedule.Installation:Installation was free and quick. The personnel came at the scheduled time however without any cables etc. They drilled a big hole in the wall but did not make efforts to mount the plastic ring (mounted on the wall - to hide the hole) or fill it with white cement.Functionality:The cooling works great. Coanda mode is nothing but positioning the direction blades directed upwards. However, it serves the purpose of not letting the air blow directly at people. The unit makes fairly low noise and even lesser in the sleep mode. Powerchill operation works great too. This mode essentially runs the unit at full capacity. This product has lot of "nice to haves" compared to other 1 tons. 4 *s because of the price compared to other 1 tons.
