I have recently purchased a few other bottles (different brands) and have been unsatisfied with them because they leak. When I first looked at the reviews for this bottle I saw almost nothing negative so I decided to give it a try. With my luck, this one leaked too. I looked for more reviews anywhere online to say people had this problem and found nothing. I then reached out to the company, never expecting a response and they replied right away. I told them what was wrong and we figured out the lid I was using with the spout was missing the silicone ring inside. So I removed it from the other lid and it worked MUCH better! It did keep falling out so I replied to the company again and let them know. They had already offered to send me a new one but if I could make this work I would. Then I lost the ring. When I reached back out I figured it would be too late or would take months to get a lid. I ended up ordering a separate lid. Little did I know, a few days after receiving the one I purchased, the company actually had sent me a new one for free. I am not one to complain, nor do I rarely write reviews, but this company deserved it. The bottle is awesome. It stays cold forever and I LOVE the spout lid. I also love the option of a crossbody strap and the wrist strap. Being a mom, I'm usually the one carrying everything so knowing I can carry my bottle so easily is a huge help. I bring it everywhere. It also seems so much lighter in weight then other SS bottles. I cannot say enough good things about the bottle and the customer service. I was actually sad thinking how I expect to be treated poorly because it's so uncommon for things to be handled so quickly and easily. I am going to be replacing all of our water bottles at home over time with this brand. So if you're considering buy one, just do it. You won't be disappointed!

This was one of the best deals ever!I actually got 2 in different sizes as well as colors.you get such a great product&at such a great price .I definitely would buy again.This cup keeps your beverage at the temperature you want for longer than any other cup I've come across anyway.You have more than one lid or drinking option extra straw &brush to clean it.Then you get multiple options to choose as to how you like to hold it or carry it with you. You really cant go wrong with this .So if you aren't sure whether or not you want this ,you should definitely purchase.

We've bought two of these water bottles now and love them. I bought the first one to take on all day trips with the kids as a backup and it worked great. It would keep the water cold and ice in it for hours, even in 80/90 degree temps. Then my husband found it, loved it, and claimed it for himself. He takes it to work and is rough on it. He's dropped it tons of times and keeps it with all his tools and work stuff. This thing has taken a beating and will not fall apart. I bought a second one and may even end up getting a third. I love the strap and handle that come with it. The handle makes it easy to find and grab in the bottom of a stroller and it even has a clip on it so we can clip it in the wagon or on whatever else we take. The water bottle is huge, which is a feature I love because we go through a lot of water on hot summer days. Just don't expect it to fit in a cupholder.

I haven’t used it yet, but it appears to be a good sturdy thermos. It has two different lids and straws, a straw cleaning brush, a nice removable braided carrying handle, a carabiner clipped on the side, and an removable adjustable shoulder strap. The colors are very nice. I got the orange and blue one. Very colorful… it was hard to choose which colors I wanted…I liked them all! 🥰 Update: If you use any of the attachments, you’ll have to remove them every time you wash the thermos (for me that will be every time after I’ve used it) and the clips are quite difficult to remove. Takes a bit of practice, but hopefully they might loosen up after awhile. That’s the only negative so far. I’m hoping the thermos’ paint doesn’t scratch easily either. I will update with any further issues if they arise! The portion did scratch in quite a few areas. I gifted it to my daughter so I can’t take photos of the scratches.

I love this bottle. It’s easy to carry around and it keep my water cool for the whole day. Even the next morning it’s still cold I have to change the water in it. Also if you put something warm in the bottle it keeps it warm too.

I purchased these as graduation gifts (along with an Amazon gift card) for my two nephews high school graduations. You can't have too many water bottles when headed to college. After checking them out prior to wrapping them I decided that my two kids (and me) needed them as well. We were going on a hiking vacation trip. These really are great. They are LARGE so hold a lot of water (32 oz), have a large open mouth for ice cubes, come with two lids depending on your preference / need at the time, and multiple options for carrying including a cross strap, a short hand strap, and carbonator for attaching to backpacks, etc. I liked the cross strap when we were hiking (hands free) and my son says he will use that when riding his back to class. My daughter used the shorter hand strap which worked great for her. They don't fit in car cup holders but because they are leak proof they can be put on your lap or floor or seat of the car. They are very good quality and keep the water cold for a very long time. We all love ours, as do my nephews. I highly recommend them.

I have always been a contigo water bottle fan. I've had them for years. I love ice cold water. However I liked the design on this water bottle. It said it was insulated so I figured I'd give it a try. So it keeps ice almost as long if not the same as a contigo. Comes with all sorts of attatchments. There's two tops. One is with a straw and the other works without it. A sports top I guess their called. Came with 2 straws and a cleaning scrubber for them which is awesome in my opinion. The only thing I can complain about is it tasting like metal to begin with. I washed it with soap and water thinking it was good and my water didn't taste the best. So I then put it in the dishwasher and has been fine ever since so I suggest doing that. But I like the water bottle. Easy to use. I Like the braided handle to carry it around with. You can take that on and off. The cover also has a black plastic handle underneath it. Really.. I think it was a pretty good purchase. The price was far less then a contigo this size would have cost me.
