It is well suited for working out, however not good for the shapewear. Part of it just shrugs on the shaping lines. Good product to workout in, but not to have it under your clothing.

I love the shaper that I purchased, today is my second time using it and I love how it holds me in, it’s not detectable underneath clothing. I bought a size small and I have been wearing it on the middle hook. I wish it was tighter but I guess it will be if I wore it on the third hook. The only thing I would say bout the product is I wish it was steel boned on front as it is in the back and that the material held you in even more as I can still see my fupa sticking out a bit still.

Happy with this corset, fits well and hopefully will help me to get rid of my post-pregnancy shape. The only thing is that the inside part which comes directly on your skin is not smooth enough this making it a bit uncomfortable and leaves marks on my skin; I would like to be able to have it on day and night and this makes it impossible. Overall good product for the money I paid. I can compare with another one I have which I paid more and you can see the quality difference.

Amazing product fit soo perfect and ite soooo comfortable , i will recommend this for anyone wants a decent waist trainer with a affordable price , and its sooo comfortable that u can wear it all day long to work to ur gym exercises even at home while u do ur routine stuff and even while u seating u dont feel ur self out of breath ... Furthermore, there is no horrible smell like other product from other sellers because its not my first time ordering the waist belt trainer , i can wear it at anytime and going anywhere , before with other belt couldn't wear it when my husband at home because the smell is soo horrible that other people can smell it too , it was like a burned charcoal or even worst..and also sooo gentle to the skin, so u went feel no etchings especial if you have sensitive skin like mine
