This sand box was so easy to put together, however I recommend to assemble it in the place you need it to be so it won’t fall apart when you carry it after. It comes with all needed part plus cover which is great. It’s big enough for 3-4 kids to be play (mine are 1,4,5). Material is thick and so far surviving the sun in California. I use to have the wooden sand box and for some reason my kids are more comfortable with the new one and playing much more then I expected.

The media could not be loaded. Perfect size sand box! This is very easy to put together took about 5 minutes. I didn’t fill it up yet but I’m thinking it will take about 10 bags of sand. It’s smaller than I initially thought from the photo but I’m very happy with the size. Quality is great super sturdy once put together. Love that it has a cover to keep bugs / flies out of it. You definitely need 2 people to put the cover on though otherwise the one side slips off. Overall very satisfied with this purchase. Great addition to our outdoor play area for my toddler.

This was very east to put together. BUt it doesn't stay together very well. I should have know when there was sticky velcro strips that they wouldn't stay once we put the sand in. The seats are a good idea but they come off so easy and are close to impossible to get back on once the sand sills the track. My kiddo does love it but definitely not worth the price! Also it doesn't take near as much sand as it reccomend for the round one! We didn't even buy as much as it said and we sill had multiple bags left over!Edit to add WE ARE RETURNING it will absolutely not stay together! I tried contacting the company and they wanted to give me less then half of my money as a return! DONT BUY IT!

I bought this sand box for my granddaughter’s birthday, I was going to go with the wooden sand boxes but they looked so cheaply made plus the wood will Rot eventually. This sand box is plastic & comes with a cover to put over the top so the sand doesn’t get wet when it rains or from the morning dew, plus the plastic is quite thick & very easy to put together. You don’t need any tools it all snaps together, plus it has seats on the sides for kids to sit or use as a table. I do wish I bought the 12 foot oblong sand box instead, but my granddaughter loves her new sand box & it’s made so well it will out last her & the next generation of children 😊. So if you’re looking for a good sand box that is worth the money & will out last you children I recommend this one.

Overall, i suppose we are content with iur sandpit. We like the shape, length and depth of it. It works for our 8 year old boy (most sandpits we found were way too small for him). It requires a lot of sand. A lot more bags than you'd think. The tarp will absolutely not stay on if theres even a slightest breeze and it requires two people to put it on. The tarp that goes under the sand... ooof. For some reason they have to stick on the velcro bit to the sandpit. Sticky + sand = no stick after a couple of weeks. All the edges have since come off with no way of reattachement. So slowly sand just keepa getting out of the pit or even in under the tarp. Also we bought this only a few months ago and only kids have used it, but this week the seats starting popping off any time a kid sits on it. So i think the plastic is just not super sturdy on that part. I'm making it sound pretty horrible, but really, it is ok and we aren't going to bother with returning or anything at this point (especially after all we spent on the sand 😅). Sunk costs, ya know.

Typical low grade chinese engineering... bad design... bad instructions... ridiculous components... the kicker... the cover doesn't fit properly unless two people put it on together. Larger holes on the bottom cover for insects to get in. So many better and easy options out there for around same price. I regret getting this big time!!!! I do like the basic oval shape though...

I love the design of this product, it took me almost an hour to assemble, it's heavy, feels solid and looks great. The kids love it and it keeps them outside for most of the day. Don't worry about it collecting water, as any water that might get into the sandbox will drain out nicely. The boards are strong and there is plenty of room inside for up to four children to play in at the same time. I'm so glad I bought it!!

It seems very sturdy. The top cover does not stay on very well. It needs longer material or a better way to secure the top. Outside of that my grandkids love it.

VERY small, save your money and just build a wood box and fill with sand.Insert doesn't stay in (just velcro pieces, once samdy or wet they let go).

This sandbox looks really nice. We bought it for our toddlers. Pros: decent size, holds quite a bit of sand and looks nice. We like the cover ( although it's difficult to put on with just one person, normally need two.)Cons: even on a flat surface some of the pieces won't stay together properly.The bottom piece you need to apply the adhesive pieces yourself and even then, they don't stick for long.The seats weren't super easy to install and fall easilyOur kids love the sandbox, but for the price I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

It might look good in the picture but that's where it ends. Bought this sandbox for my grandkids and it wouldn't stay together. The holes in the bottom that were supposed to lock this together kept twisting around. I tried to return this item but Honey Joy would not cover the return charge which would have cost me $98 to be precise. The item was only twice that value to begin with. I was forced to keep this item as a result that now sits in my shed until I find somebody who I don't like and give it to them.Will never buy another item from Honey Joy again....
