Great generator for backup power and camping
I purchased this generator both to use for backup emergency power at my house and to bring camping, and so far I am very impressed with it. It was incredibly easy to begin using right away, and so far seems to power enough to be useful. Taking it out of the box you can tell it is a well made piece of equipment that is well thought out. I added oil to it, which when buying oil I got a little confused because in the specifications it says it uses SE 15W-30 oil which I could not find anywhere. However after searching for a while I found in the section about changing the oil that depending on the ambient temperature it should use either 10W-30 or 15W-40 both of which were easy to find. After getting the oil filled properly and adding gas to the fuel tank I went to start it. One of my concerns was that it would be difficult to start, but the first start only took two pulls and since then I’ve started it with just one pull many times. I was very happy to hear that it runs very quietly with the eco mode turned on, so if you’re only using it to charge a few items or lower loads you can barely hear it from more than 10 feet away which makes it great for camping. If you need to use a higher load you just turn the eco mode off, which makes it a little louder but still plenty quiet to be able to have nearby and still have a conversation. The size is great, it is easily maneuverable which means I can take it camping without taking up too much space in the vehicle, plus it is easy to store in the garage. It is much not as heavy as other generators I have used so I can easily carry it just by myself. I have used it for several things so far and it has worked well for the loads I have put on it. I tested a small electric space heater which can be seen in one of the photos to know it will work if needed camping. I also tested it to run my refrigerator at my house in case I ever lose power. It has a lot of outlets available, so I wanted to see if all would work at the same time and plugged a tool battery charger, 2 phone chargers and a computer charger all and it was able to power all which will also be handy for camping. Finally, I used it to charge chainsaw batteries while out cutting wood which was handy to be able to have one battery charging while using the other. Overall I would say this generator is great value for the money. It is very easy to use, quiet running and able to be transported and stored with ease. I’m looking forward to being able to use it for many things coming up.

This is a high quality snall generator that compares with the brand names.
I recently purchased this small ERAYAK 2400W Portable Inverter Generator. I actually own two honda 2000 generators so a was skeptical of how this would perform against a Honda and i actually am pretty impressed so far. The box came in with no damage as it is packaged very well as you can see in the pictures. It is like a copy of the Honda. It’s incredibly lightweight making it super easy to pick up and move. Whether I’m using it for camping, outdoor events like the race track or as a backup at home, moving it around is effortless. I was concerned it may get damaged in travel, but no way with great packaging it came in snd the way things heavier items have been arriving from the popular shipping companies all torn up woth parts missing. Really shows they care about the product rather than just trying to get a sale, which i really appreciate. The performance is top notch. For such a compact unit, it packs a surprising amount of power, reliability and durability. When I unboxed it the set up was easy and straightforward. The instructions were clear and simple. The generator started up right away with no hassle. Do not forget to add a good quality engine okl. I had some Honda 10w30 brand so i used that. It crank up on the first few pulls as sometimes it takes a few to prime the fuel system so no worries there. After first start it started again and again wirh one easy pull just like my other brand name ones. It's quiet like the Honda! This is a plus since I've had generators that were loud and hard to hear conversations while it was running. Despite its small size, it can easily run small appliances and devices like lights, phones, chargers and refrigerators. It’s small enough to store nicely in my garage. I will store it in the original box it came in since it is a thick coated cardboard. You can’t beat the price for this quality generator. I paid 1000.00 each for my Honda generators. I did a lot of research before purchasing this Erayak brand and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. One of the best features is how quiet it runs very similar to my other ones. It’s perfect for the race track and running our lights, two battery chargers and a fan. We will use it camping as well and around the shop when we lose power. Very easy to move back and forth as well as load into the car. Even light weight enough to take to the beach itself which says something about the generator. Overall, this generator is compact and powerful and really easy to use. It has the power comparable to my Honda 2000’s and maybe even better. I like the digital readouts on the screen that you can scroll through as well.

Userbility
The quality of the generator is great, it runs really well without any issues. Starting it is very simple and the its very fuel efficient. I can run it with my tools for a few days before having to fill up with gas so it saves money in that manner. The weight makes is convenient to carry it wherever I need to go without anyones help. You don’t need a big car to carry it, it’s compact enough to fit inside a small car which is great. The noise level is minimal which I love. I can work without the loud noise of regular generators and without disturbing others. I run several tools with it and it has no problems functioning. I can charge my phone and drills quickly. The eco mode is a great feature to have. It reduces the load on the generator so it helps save more on the fuel consumption and makes it even quieter. The proper maintenance of the oil and gasoline will help keep the generator operating for even longer periods. The value for the money is top tier. It’a reliable in any emergencies if you need to run appliances or take it camping for RVs without disturbing any neighbors. I have to run it for several hours at a time for work and I never have any issues. I like the flexibility of being able to charge my phone without needing an adapter. It’s performed well over my expectations and it was worth the price for what you can do with it

good generator
This gas generator works awesome for my purpose. First, it is very easy to move around. It is not super heavy. Weights almost 50lbs but it does have a nice sturdy carry handle, and this makes it easy to carry. It does not take up much space either. Second, it is not very loud. I would not try to sleep right next to it but if you are able to keep it around ten feet or so away from you, it would not be impossible to sleep. I have used it camping to power a cpap machine and it performed without difficulty. If you have a cpap machine, this would be a handy piece of equipment to keep around in case your power goes out. Third, this gas generator can run a long time on just a little amount of fuel. It holds less than a gallon of fuel and I have easily ran it for 8 hours. I have not tried to run it empty, but I still had fuel left in it after the 8 hours. Fourth, you can power more than one item with this. I have not tried a ton of items at once, but I have had two fans and a several phone charges going at once. The fans were running on high. I had no issues with it powering any of them. I have also used it to run power tools. I have used a miter saw powered by the generator and had a fan running at the same time. The miter saw is not small, and I had no performance issues with it. Fifth, this generator powers up very easily. It has cranked very quickly for me each time I have used it. It does not take a ton of power to crank it either. Overall, I have enjoyed using this generator.

It works just fine
I bought this generator this winter after an ice storm knocked out the power for almost three days. Being stuck without electricity in the cold temperatures isn’t fun. Good thing was that we do have a fire place so by keeping a fire going we could keep it warm not only for ourselves but also so that pipes in the wall didn’t freeze. My wife wanted to go to a hotel but leaving the place unattended would have meant us having to drain everything. So, we had heat but we didn’t have a way to run lights, charge phones, charge the electric chainsaw for the downed tree, run the router for internet and other electric things. So after that week, I didn’t want to be caught in another situation like without some kind of backup. I ordered the generator mostly because it was small and affordable and also because it was gas powered. The price was good and I liked small size because it would be easy to move. My Dad had a large generator when I was growing up and this one is quieter than that, but it’s still little loud. Any gas engine is expected to have a bit of noise I suppose. The power is pretty stable. I could run various electronics like lights, electric cooler, and charge our phones. But, the 2400W rating is a bit deceiving. I tried running our large space heater on it and it had some trouble on the high setting. It’s a solid small, portable emergency generator. It's light weight enough to easy move around. It weighs about 50lb. You just need to consider how much you will run off of it and be prepared to refill the gas tank more frequently than you might with a larger generator. I think it’s a good investment, especially if you have to deal with power outages frequently or live in a hurricane zone.

Good Cheap Unit
I bought this to run the AC unit on my slide in camper. Tho I only have a few hours on it, so far it works pretty good. It's relatively light, easy to start (second pull out of the box!) and quiet. Even in eco mode it doesn't seem to struggle running my 5000 BTU AC. I transported inside the camper and didn't have any gas smells. For the money, I think this is a good unit.

Great customer service
We purchased a generator off of Amazon. We received it fast and was very happy with it. Shortly afterwards the output stopped working. Because it was within 90 days the company upon review sent us a new generator with no problem that arrived promptly. It works wonderfully and is pretty powerful for how small it is. Very happy with our purchase and the company helping us out so quickly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 was because we did have the issue to begin with.

Compact Power For Key Items in those Dark Moments
I bought this Erayak 2400P generator as a backup plan for when the power goes out. My house sits in a spot where the lights seem to blink at the smallest wind! Since my area experiences power loss more often than I would like, I decided I needed something small and reliable. This generator appealed to me because it looked compact yet powerful enough to keep my refrigerator, a few lights, and my coffee machine running during a power outage. After unboxing, I noticed its portable design. I managed to lift it without straining my arms, even though I am a tiny, petite woman. The setup process went smoothly. It came with a helpful manual that explained the steps clearly. I am not a mechanical person at all, yet I found it very straight forward. I filled the tank with gasoline, added oil, and flipped the switch. It took 3 pulls to get it to start, but it roared to life. The noise level, while certainly noticeable, did not come across as too loud. I tested it on my back porch and kept an eye on how my neighbors reacted. None of them complained, so the noise must be acceptable. I plugged in my fridge, an LED lamp, and tried a small TV for good measure. The power output stayed steady, which impressed me. I like to watch the LCD screen because it gives me a sense of the load. I also appreciate the 12V DC receptacle, which grants me the flexibility to charge a phone or other devices without hunting for an adapter. The engine speed control mode, or ESC, conserves fuel at lighter loads, so I did not have to refuel too soon. After running it for about 4 straight hours during a planned test, it showed no signs of strain and did not trip. The quarter load run time seems accurate to what the manufacturer stated. This is not a behemoth generator that can handle a giant air conditioner or several high-wattage devices all at once, but in my test it absolutely excelled at powering the essentials. For someone who only needs lights and refrigeration during an outage, it works fine. I recommend it because it delivers steady power in a compact form without much hassle. Despite its lack of a gas tank indicator, it performs as expected when you need a quick backup. It’s easy to carry, starts without fuss, and runs key household items during an outage. This is not a whole house generator, it's for a few essential items. If you go into it was that expectation, you will be fine. Pros: Portable and fairly easy to carry Steady power output for home essentials Straightforward startup and management Cons: No built-in gas tank indicator for quick level checks Despite this one minor drawback, I am giving five stars because this generator performed well beyond my expectations. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can maintain key items in my home during an outage without undue stress.

Awesome purchase
Very good quality and design. I knew it didn’t come with oil so bought some and it takes less than half a litre, 360ml. I added fuel and it started second pull. It has auto idle with no load, a heat gun plugged in, when switched on, the generator instantly supplied power without hesitation. There is plenty of room to add sound deadener inside the housing so I will add it soon. It is fairly quiet, maybe an exhaust modification with sound deadening will quiet it down further. I paid $419CND and it was delivered quickly. It came with a good operating manual, some tools and a spare spark plug. I am really happy with it. I attached a video of it running, a photo of magnetic dipstick upgrade and photo with a side cover off.
