I ordered 3.5 inches spike ball but it came 2.7 inches little bit small but can manage ,quality is good that’s why I give Amazon 4 star

Relieves muscle spasm pain very well
The spikes produce right amount of pressure and doesn't cause discomfort. Hamstring and lower back muscle spasms have relieved to a greater extent. Easy to use by self or from others .
