Cons: The machine is powerful and compacted in size. If you are looking for multi use of different types of capsules coffee machine then you find the solution. Pros: since the machine is meant for multiple types of capsules if comes with removable cartridges, the disadvantage of such design is when you take out these cartridge after you make the drink the remaining water inside the capsule flow bake because of pressure release applied by cartridge lid. Some time while making a coffee drink I experienced a reverse flow inside the cartridge these is happen with coffee latte. The cartridge comes with kind of cone in the bottom to direct the coffee to the cup so you find some coffee remaining in side the cartridge which it has to be washed after each use not like Dolce Gusto maker the cartridge has large opening and the coffee flow directly to the cup My overall rating is 3.75

Ok the one I bought from Amazon.. you know how you first have to take out the coffee tray what ever they (4 you get) called.. mine had water in it foam broke.. yeah seemed someone used it before. So I reordered one from their site which was a better price and got it faster. Now I could never get the site to answer any questions. So I emailed them in China and they got back to me right away.. ANY kind of warranty I am covered. VERY helpful. Now I have nothing to compare this to. Never had one before. I did by Starbucks coffee then bought their expresso grounds and.. wow I really made mine taste the same! The (cup) size are exactly as they say. Yeah.. you just press the button again and fill the cup.. so easy. So I really like it allot. I tried to contact them here at Amazon and they were also very nice but they ONLY handle Amazon. Very happy

I own their first-generation product. I ordered from their website. Although it's cheaper on their own website, It turn out to be a used one and hard to return. It's better to order from Amazon. The second generation has some small improvements. They claimed to be using stainless steel heater. The pressure release tube is soft rubber instead of hard plastic. I like the company that does invisible quality improvements instead of messing with fancy design. It seems they get the parameters right. The taste of the coffee is fairly good. I am a coffee geek who likes tweaking the grind, dose, and other parameters. I also tried a counterfeit product from Frigidaire. The taste is much worse than Hibrew. The only problem is the plastic smell. I tried to run vinegar to dissolve the organic solvent residue. It has some improvement. Hope the smell will go away over time. Another concern is the all-plastic coffee parts. Nespresso machines use stainless steel for anything contacting with coffee. I hope they will use stainless steel heads for Nespresso in the future. I am happy with the stainless steel on the coffee powder module. I like the white color. Please keep the white color product.

I don’t want to underrate it, I love the idea of having all 4 types in one device!! But it’s randomly whistles (gets louder at the end of the video), weather using the first pod or the second, it happened 6 times till today 9-16, if that’s a defect I’d be happy to replace it, if all are like this then I would unfortunately return it.
