I like it more than I expected to (I haven't loved carrying backpack diaper bags as my day to day bag in the past). It packs plenty but is lightweight. It's great quality and looks nice too. It's easy to get stuff in and out easily. I love how the top can flip open. And I really like that the bag is stiff enough to stand upright without being packed up. The grab handle is essential (for me) and works great. It's been really comfortable to wear. And my husband likes it. The backpack strap unclip, so you can clip them over a stroller or something like that. I haven't needed to do that yet, so I can't say how it works. If you lengthen one strap to the max and then clip it to the opposite side, you can carry it on one shoulder quite comfortably. (I'll attach photos of this.) I really can't think of anything I dislike the bag right now. This one is definitely a keeper. Here's how I pack in case it helps someone: I pack restaurant essentials in the front zip area - an oxo silicone roll up bib, travel toddler utinsels, some disposable placemats, etc. I also have a small first aid kit that fits perfectly in the cell phone slip pocket. One of the side pockets holds the 3 types of wipes that I use - paci wipes, boogie wipes, and wet ones. I leave the other side pocket free for a sippy cup. I use the matching maman changing station to hold diapers and wipes and other changing needs. This fits perfectly in the main compartment along with some toys and a wet bag, etc. it leave some space to throw in a jacket or blanket as well. Review: Hooray! - I've used this once so I can't speak to the longevity, but I'm already in love. I've had a shoulder diaper bag for 2.5 years and really liked it because we took our stroller so many places, so we could just leave the bag on the stroller -- but now that our kid is over two, she doesn't need the stroller anymore and the thought of lugging that bag around (while pregnant and chasing a toddler at the zoo or park) made me want to cry. At first I thought a backpack diaper bag would be in the $80-120 range. I did hours of comparison shopping on desertcart and other sites and was happy to see lots of cheaper options, so I started comparing the features. This one is beautifully made and very comfortable to wear. The zippers open and close smoothly and the leather bottom is a great touch - one of the reasons I went with this one. The material is easy to wipe down but still cute. Some of my other favorites in my comparison chart had zipper pockets on the back, which sounded uncomfortable. The insulated side pockets are perfect for my kid's sippy cup or my water bottle. I use the front zipper as my purse. The inside pockets of the large compartment organize the diaper necessities way better than my old bag. Some other bags had far more inner pockets, but I've found I don't really need them. I have a small zipper bag that I keep a spare set of clothes in. I was worried I would miss having a dedicated shoulder strap (like some other backpacks have), but this is comfortable to wear on one shoulder or two. I love the location of the stroller straps too - right on the backpack straps, so they're unnoticeable in backpack mode but easily accessible for stroller mode. I will say that the diaper pad would be a bit small for my big toddler, but it's nicer and larger than the pad that came with my old bag. It's smaller than my old bag so I had to do some downsizing, but that was the point of getting this one anyway - to make it easier to carry. When baby #2 comes, I'm interested to see if we can fit everything we need for both kids -- but by then, the toddler won't need as much, so I imagine it will still be perfect.

Nice backpack option
I typically carry my JuJuBe purse-style bag (the Be Classy model). However, when you're really loading up for a day out, a one shoulder bag can get really heavy and uncomfortable. We are expecting our second child and I got this bag do that we have a backpack option for the heavier/longer days out. The blue color is as pictured and my husband said he wouldn't mind helping me carry it, unlike my other "girly" bag. I like the access pocket on the front for grabbing items easily. The straps are padded and it seems that it will be very comfortable. The backpack straps have a buckle which is great for quickly buckling the straps onto your stroller, so you don't even need stroller clips. The changing pad seems pretty nice and the material is soft, but I wish it had more of a "plastic" covering so I can use disinfecting wipes on it after each use. It does look like it would be easy to throw in the wash, though. The entire bag looks easy to clean which I appreciate. Especially the faux leather bottom, it would easily wipe off with disinfecting wipes. For the price it is a very attractive and functional bag, I'm glad to have found it!

Great multipurpose bag
I've been using this bag for only about a week, but I really like it! It's a nice looking bag, I got (and love) the navy color. It's very functional and has many pockets. I like that it came with the changing pad and a zippered section for that (I actually throw my laptop in that section too). I've been using this bag for dual purposes, both as a diaper bag when I'm out with my baby and as a pump parts bag when I go to work. It would fit my spectra pump, but I usually leave the spectra at work, and just tote a small cooler for milk and the pump parts as well as my laptop. Great bag, especially for the price. I hope it holds up well!

Outstanding! Better than expected.
I’m a homecare nurse and take my pediatric patient to school. The shoulder bag my agency provided fell apart within 6 months. I purchased this as an alternative to requesting a replacement. I am so impressed with the quality. Love all the pockets to organize my medical equipment, tablet and personal items. My previous bag only had 3 pockets and I felt very disorganized at times. The insulated compartment is great. I plan to use the changing pad as it was intended but also think it would make a great barrier when setting the bag down on surfaces that may not be very clean. I love the key holder as I was always loosing my keys in the bottom of my previous bag. The fact that it a backpack is awesome because my arms are always free. Most of all it looks pretty sharp. I’ve only used it for a day but the quality of the material makes me think this will hold up very well over time. My own children are grown but if I had my own little ones I’d use this as a diaper bag in a heartbeat. think it would make an outstanding diaper bag for parents. If I could give it 100 stars I would.

Best bag!
I've had this bag for 7 months now and I love! When my oldest was 2 I got tired of the ugly diaper backpack I was using and searched for a backpack-style bag that looked more like a nice purse so that I can go out and do non-mom things and have a non-mom looking bag and not switch out bags each time. So first I got the expensive Newlie "designer diaper bag"... FAIL! I had to get it twice, the first bag had a split zipper and the replacement had a hole in it straight out of the box. Then I got the expensive Fawn Design bag which was quite heavy but I didn't mind it until I discovered that the straps were giving me deep red marks and bruises on my back. I went back to the ugly bag. This bag was on my saved list but wasn't quite the luxurious look that I wanted. Then my second was born and I pulled the trigger and purchased. So glad! Roomy, plenty of pockets, sippy cups and water bottles actually FIT, buckles for hanging on stroller, so lightweight and easy to clean (I throw it in the washer and air dry). Doesn't have that purse look I wanted but the bag has treated me so well that I don't care about that anymore!

Why Didn't I Get This Sooner!?
We had been using a Skip Hop diaper bag which was great, but I hated lugging that thing around when I was by myself with the baby. It was also hard to find things inside even though it had a lot of storage space. So enter the backpack. I was looking for something stylish, lightweight but durable, and easy to carry around. The Maman backpack is just that! I can chase my crazy active 16 month old son with this backpack on without any problems. It also fits perfectly in the bottom of the stroller and stands upright, so I can find stuff very easily without shuffling. Love all the pockets this thing has, including the side pockets for his thermos and for an extra thermos or water bottle. It's even got buckle straps on the backpack straps so I can hang onto my stroller without any extra clips or anything. Can't wait to take this on our travels - will make getting thru the airport and all that so much easier!

my day to day backpack
My baby is long grown up and graduating from college next week. I bought this as a nicer-looking backpack that had a lot of pockets. I love it and have bought two. it looks good, has a lot of storage space and has lasted well for 5 years. The inside is not black, so it makes it easier to find stuff. There is an inside sleeve that I use for my computer, plus 3 open pockets inside and one zipped one that I use for my wallet. outside are two bottle pockets - great for a water bottle or stuff I need in easy reach like cough drops, a pen, my cell phone etc. and a zipped pocket where I keep my sunglasses and bus passes. All in all it is well made and very useful. I hope they bring this back as it's unavailable now.
