I ordered this for my grandmother as a replacement for her broken phone. Samsung is a trusted brand and the quality of this device lives up to that reputation. Although it's an older model, it still works well and is user friendly. Considering my grandmother has a habit of misplacing her phone, I'll say the cost of this phone was definitely worth it. Though it isn't a Samsung flagship device, it's still a very good phone. She can download her favorite games like solitaire and word puzzles. The camera isn't very good compared to Samsung's flagship devices but she can still take plenty of pictures of the grandkids and great- grandkids. Setup was easy and straightforward and we were able to quickly connect to wifi and Bluetooth devices. It does not have 5G connectivity but for a small child or older person, that isn't a necessity. The phone measures 6.5 inches which is the exactly the same size as my Samsung Galaxy S20Fe which is pretty comfortable to use.

I am giving this a one star review because I have ordered 4 of these and they have ALL been locked to Verizon. Description said unlocked to all carriers and that is not the case. Yes, I did troubleshooting but they are still locked to Verizon, so my T Mobile SIM doesn't work.

I enjoy using this phone. It works & functions way better than my Samsung Galaxy A03s from AT&T. What I like about this phone would be the camera. It has a much better quality when I take pictures of the sky & record videos. Another reason I like this phone would be the gaming capability. This phone doesn't look much like it could handle gaming, but I knew the moment I bought this phone it would perform better than ever for the games I play. I have a PS2 emulator on this phone & on my older phone. When I boot the PS2 emulator up on my old phone, it runs super slow, but on this phone it runs super smooth with no lag or slow down just as if I were on an actual console. Overall this phone is not too shabby & if you are into emulators & want to play old PS2 games on the go, this phone can handle it.

es un teléfono económico que cumple bien con lo básico. Tiene una pantalla grande de que se ve bastante bien para ver videos y redes sociales, y su batería dura todo el día sin problema gracias a sus 5000 mAh. En cuanto al rendimiento, funciona bien para llamadas, WhatsApp y aplicaciones simples, aunque puede ponerse un poco lento con juegos o apps más pesadas. La cámara es aceptable, ideal para fotos casuales, pero no esperes calidad profesional. Me gusta que tiene sensor de huella lateral y un diseño sencillo pero bonito. Por el precio, es una buena opción para uso diario o como primer teléfono. Lo único negativo es que no es muy rápido y la calidad de las fotos en la noche no es la mejor.

Do not waste your money if needed as a cellular device! Phone starts off okay but eventually goes downhill! Been having phone for some months now and after going with different seller for same phone after bad experience with same phone different seller, this one doesn’t work well either! It lags at times & battery life is bad!

I purchased a refurbished Samsung A03s, expecting it to be unlocked, as stated in the listing. However, upon receiving the phone, I quickly discovered that it was still locked to its previous carrier and completely unusable with my SIM card. When I reached out for help through Amazon’s customer service, they directed me to Samsung, who in turn told me they couldn't assist and referred me to AT&T. AT&T was also unable to unlock the device, leaving me stuck with a phone I can’t use. To make matters worse, the wrong color phone was sent, adding to the frustration. This entire experience has felt like a deliberate scam, with a listing that is completely false and misleading. I feel cheated and would strongly advise anyone considering this product to stay away.

pretty awesome phone im not going to lie i did have a little problem with it for like 5 days i couldnt get it to connect to my provider bell but after a couple days of nonstop calling the where able to unlock it. and it says you get 128gb card but i only got a 64gb card but im not even mad about it just happy the phone works and 64 gb is a ton of extra space
