Not a fluid motion and makes sound
I bought this to keep myself from picking and biting at my nails while in the car. Yes, it kept my hand occupied but felt more like a chore than and mindless motion. I wish the bands ran parallel to the links and not perpendicular. The bands kept getting stuck on my fingers and was not a fluid motion. If you are looking for a silent one, this is not completely silent. There is too much play between the bearings and it sounds like keys jingling. I will continue my search for something else.
