Can't be mad
The product worked exactly as described. My brother loved the trigger on it. He said it's well made. We used it to loosen siezed bolts on a car that's been sitting. It's exactly what I needed. Thank you

It's hot...but
It does get hot and will melt thinner glass...but...it does not get as hot as the other two similar torches you can find on amazon...the overall quality of this torch has taken some hits in order to sell it for less...hence the plastic blue knob...plastic has no place on a torch tip...especially one that puts out a flame the Size this one puts out...overall though, it is a big hot flame at a decent price

Mediocre
Update: I managed to take it apart and blow out the parts and it seems to work better now.Worked well for a while, but sputters now. Doesn't work at all when tank is less than half.

Defective Valve
I'm a jeweler. My casting torch setup is propane/oxygen. I got this propane/air handle for lower temperature annealing (metal softening). The valve didn't allow any gas to escape. So I ordered a replacement. Tried both on an extension hose attached to a 20lb tank, and a small propane cylinder. The 2nd one allowed a small amount of gas to escape but it wouldn't increase no matter how much the valve was opened. I never tried to light either of them. Disappointing. Returned both.
