Kreg Shelf Pin Jig 1/4 Inch, Cabinet Shelf Drilling Jig, KMA3225

This jig worked perfectly as expected and like all Kreg products is of good quality. It is easy to use and significantly reduces the time to mark and drill extended length of adjustable shelf holes.

Great value. Great design. Very easy to use if you are familiar with its purpose. Easy to adjust. I installed 28 handles on our cabinets in a short amount of time. Very accurate when used as directed.

As with all Kreg products this product has been well thought out. The included jig holding peg, drill bit clip into the underside of this jig so there are no bulky cases to hold everything in or pieces going missing. The edge guide quickly and effortlessly attaches to either side of the jig to make uniformity inevitable due to the accuracy this offers. As long as you can measure where to place the jig the rest is merely pressing the trigger on the drill. Due to the included storage in this piece and use of heavy plastic with the only metal being in the hole sleeves, this unit is wonderfully compact, lightweight yet solid and durable, this is a great tool for anyone building cabinets or book cases. I would gladly pay more for this for how much time it saves

It’s easy to use. I did notice that the jig seems to lift if you do not bring the bit up to full speed. You also need to let the bit drill without putting too much downward force or the holes are not as clean. Pushing on the drill seemed to produce more tear out. Other wise I am pretty happy about the purchase

I purchased the Kreg KMA3225 Shelf-Pin Jig 1/4" (6 mm) - Shelf Pin Drilling Jig for use in building a free standing shelving unit for a closet. I wanted to have adjustable shelves for this unit for flexibility in storing a variety of items. The Kreg jig worked perfectly and allowed me to have level shelf capability over the entire 8 foot height of the unit. The jig is robust, the instructions are easy to follow, and my wife was thrilled with the additional storage in the closet. As long as you have a level starting reference point on both ends for the jig, it will provide accurate matched holes for Kreg pins from bottom to top. The Kreg pins fit snugly in the holes and provide a very stable resting point for each shelf.

Easy to use, drills accurate sized peg holes and even durable enough to survive several falls off my workbench while building cabinets. Stores easily with my other cabinet jigs. I will buy more for larger cabinet projects.

Great product! Couldn't find the 1/4" locally. Needed to drill holes for shelves and thus works exactly like it should. Instructions make the operation quite simple. Can be used on existing hung cabinets or new construction prior to being installed.

Brilliant bit of kit works as described.
