Very easy to use. Just put batteries in and turn on. It reads the highest grip strength for whoever squeezes, then easy to reset for the next user. Athletes of any sport would benefit. We really like to set new goals and, of course, competitive kids like to see their improvements over time. Wish I would have bought one sooner.
