Just what you expect from Corkys. This iss not a thick sauce like most commercial brands. When you pour, it comes out quick. Great flavor.

I was stationed in Memphis for a 5 years. Bought this a few weeks ago for my parents and brother (who I had taken to Corky’s when they were in town) and they were all blown away. Here, in Michigan, the “pinnicale” is Sweet Baby Ray’s. Corky’s crushed it. Rave reviews from people who forgot what flavor is.

We first became familiar with “Corky’s Memphis Own Bar-B-Que Sauce, Original” when my husband traveled and brought it home for us. We love the piquant, sweet flavor - there’s just enough pucker-factor to prevent this from being classed as a syrup. We ran out of Corky’s - much to my grandson’s dismay and were unable to purchase this sauce in San Antonio. Thank goodness for Amazon - we bought two bottles and will be purchasing more in the future.

I’m usually not a fan of commercial BBQ sauce, usually way too sweet. But I like Corky’s, it has a nice blend of flavors and not too sweet and works great on ribs and chicken.
