60H Medication Cooler Insulin Cooler for Travel Hold 2-8 Pens TSA Approved

I used this when traveling to Berlin from Colorado. By the time I got to my Flat in Berlin, 24.5 hours later, the medicine was still perfectly cool. I like that there’s an easily readable temperature display on the top of the cooler. We did check the accuracy of the thermometer. It was perfectly accurate. I did get stopped at TSA in Munich Germany where they asked about the medication. They opened the container and looked at the label of the medication. They asked if I had an order from my Dr. I had the original prescription label that they attach to the medication box at the pharmacy. That was good enough. He just put the medication back into the medical cooler, and I was on my way. The little medical cooler easily fit into my carryon. This was worth the money.

This cooler is compact, lightweight, and keeps my medicine cool while traveling. It’s easy to pack and convenient to carry, especially for long trips. Very happy with the quality and size!

We tested this cooler by freezing the insert overnight and putting a used pen inside. The first day it stayed very cool, after the second day it was still about 60 degrees F. So a good 48+ hours at a safe temp. The cooler itself is well made, has a nice feel to it and the thermometer on top is easy to read and does not need a battery.

I would highly recommend this and I'm not getting paid lol. So I use this for a medication mafe to a compound that requires refrigerated. It has a really nice thermometer on top so you can be sure it's staying cold. I forgot about mine overnight and it was still 30 delegates. I'm not positive if you had to continuously open it. But it's def worth trying. Also, if you can't quite make it to your destination to refrigerated it comes with an additional container you can fill with ice water to get you another couple hours.

Once the plastic cooling pack is placed into the metal container, it takes up about 2/3 of the interior space. I was only able to fit one injection pen and 8 small vials of medication into the container

I was able to get 3 pens to fit inside this cannister (albeit snugly) and they stayed well below their 75 degree threshold easily during an airport travel day. I checked the cannister periodically the first day and it started at around 34 degrees Fahrenheit and then settled in the 40s as the day went on. I got to my destination and put my pens in the fridge and out of curiosity left the frozen blue gel pack inside and kept checking to see when the inside would register to the "room temp" of 75 degrees. It stayed in the 50s for the second day and it never went below 70 from day 3 or beyond! Granted we keep the house at 70 degrees so that's probably why, but still dang impressive that over a few days my meds technically would have been fine since they would have never gotten over 70 degrees and they are safe at that temp. Great price for this specific device, highly recommended!

This thing work very well. First try after I purchase it, 19 hrs still keep very cold. My flight got delayed twice and I missed my connection. Had to spend a night at the hotel. What a relief seeing the dial still 30F in the morning.

This product seems to work fine. I have used it for travel, but have been afraid to for airline travel. The product is supposedly TSA “approved” but I was not sure that was true. I have had TSA confiscate my cork screw because it had a small foil cutter on it. This product has a long thermometer probe greater than 3 inches with a possibly dangerous tip. I did not want to take a chance that TSA would confiscate it. Otherwise it does keep contents cold.
