Interesting combination of ingredients. No noticeable effects w/o food. Taken w/food? Definite but subtle calm, only really noticeable upon reflection. I'll be trying this again.

I took this yesterday and not sure if it was a factor or not, but I accomplished a lot — including taking my dryer apart, replacing some parts and reassembling it, among other things. It was a very full day and I had a lot of energy and focus and was able to get a lot done. Anecdotal yes, but there were definitely no negative side effects and I will use this again. The pill is medium sized, easy to swallow, has no taste or unpleasant smell. Effectiveness is always hard to comment on, since there are so many factors that go into how a person feels (how did you sleep, are you eating well, etc). What works for me may not work for you, we are all different. Besides effectiveness, it’s important to me to have confidence in what I am ingesting, as I take a lot of supplements. This company and its supplements appear on the SuppCo rating app, an independent company that rates supplements based on manufacturing standards, quality, testing, and ingredients. But based on the above information, I have a lot of confidence in the safety and purity of this supplement, I feel very comfortable choosing the Solaray brand for any of my supplements.

It's impossible to know how much is this working and how much is placebo effect, which is the reason I gave it four instead of five stars. It seems to help my mental clarity and mood. I've had to take a pain med at night that leaves me very fuzz-brained the next morning. I've been taking this and feeling much more clear-headed. It may also be helping my mood.

This seems like a good supplement to try if you need help with focus or calming your mind. I think certain supplements are hard to gauge/judge, I don't think it's going to deliver a dramatic result. I also don't generally take mood or mood stack supplements. Overall, the capsules are what I'd call a medium/normal size. It's a closed capsule with no taste. I already take a lot of vitamins, I don't know if I really felt a huge affect with this one. But it seems like it's good quality, GMP certified. I did not notice any side effects, and I didn't use it at night to test if it effects my sleep, so YMMV. I would not say I noticed some huge difference, but I think if you're not use to taking a lot of supplements or caffeine it may be offer better effectiveness. That's my hunch. I did research Zembrin and it is interesting, it seems like this may be really good at calming stress, but even the NIH study had a small sample size. I have taken Magnesium Citrate for calming stress and I do think that was more noticeable, but also comes with more noticeable side effects. Price wise, seems on par with similar products.

I started a month ago along with the Women’s Hormones, same brand. I’m stopping the hormone capsules because my symptoms have increased. But perhaps this mood is helping. I will update in another month.
