works great in my machine!
I have only made the vanilla so far but, I have the Cuisinart ICE-45P1 Mix Serve 1.5-Quart Soft Service Ice Cream Maker, White and I bought it a few years back to make dole whips using the mix bought here as well. I just made a batch of the vanilla using this recipe I found online: Vanilla soft serve recipeFor 1-1/2 quart my recipe is:1-1/2 CUP scoop of mix (288g)1-3/4 CUP water(1) 12oz can (1-1/2 C) of evaporated milkI didn't have evaporated milk so I just used regular milk, added an extra scoop of the mix and maybe 1/4 cup less of water. It took about 35 minutes to firm up, I used ice water and only had the machine's bowl frozen. I'm putting ours in the freezer because we don't use the machine for dispensing much. But it came out fine and delicious just like you'd get at any restaurant. I also bought the dole mango mix.. going to try that one next.

Good product
Purchased these for the ice cream machine I rented. They were so easy to use just add water and it tasted so good. Everyone at the party loved the ice cream.

It’s ok, but I’ve had better.

Delicious - add some milk
We make this in our commercial soft serve machine here at home (for special occasions) and in our Whytner ice cream machine for small batches (https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00N63J432), which is a great machine. For a much creamier, more delicious recipe, substitute milk for approx half of the water. That works in the commercial SS machine - you wouldn't want to go all milk in a SS machine though as it would be hard on the compressor. YUM!!

Not good mix
This does not make good ice cream. Came out more like a taffy. Sticking together. Didn't taste much like ice cream either. Don't waste your money. Use a recipe you find online, it will be better.

Great for Ninja Creami
I bought this to use in my Ninja Creami and it is awesome! I used 1.5 cups of water and 3/4 cup of the powder mix. It was slightly icy like a slushy but still very much like ice cream, however I let it thaw a little because I got distracted before putting it in the creami, so don't do that. It would probably be better with milk but still 10/10 recommend.

Very good
You'd never know this was dairy free. We were concerned about the texture, but the cones were a hit! As they were dairy free more people were able to enjoy them.
