Let me be VERY clear with this review...these lights KICK A**!!!! Anyone who is leaving a negative comment on these most likely (and unfortunately) got a defective order. I put them on my fence around 4:30/5pm and they received maybe 3 hrs of sunlight, tops. I could see them all the way from my house which is at least 100+ yards away, plus they stayed lit well after 3am. The install took all of 30 seconds per light....2 screws, that's it. The free 100 light strand was a great bonus. I'm ordering another exact set to complete my set. These lights even worked and gathered sunlight in the shade! Some of my fence posts are covered by complete shade from the overhanging tress and these bad boys STILL worked! It works out to less than $10 per light! You can't beat that! Seriously, these lights are the sheet! My one and only gripe (if you can call it that) is that I should have gone with the off-white color. These caps are very bright white in color and I thought my fence was pretty white, but compared to the caps they aren't as white as I thought. Oh, here's another thing...the same day I placed the order I received a call from the company a few hours later. They wanted to confirm I had both measured my posts (5x5) and that I really wanted the white vs off-white color. When do companies do that?! Normally they just want your $ and that's that. Totally impressed by these bad boys. If you're on the fence about purchasing these (pun intended), then let me assure you that this will be money very well spent!
