Best plus size scrubs I’ve ever owned!
I love the flared bottoms more than I even thought I would. I hate wearing scrubs and being plus sized, because they are always so grumpy and unflattering. These bottoms amazingly give me a great shape. Further, they seem to made with durable materials. I’ve suffered through long work shifts in cheaply made, frumpy scrubs. These will save me from that for sure!

Good scrub pants
I have this style scrub pant in another color for my clinical rotations. They are basic scrub pants - not fitted or flattering, no stretch - but they wear well for 12hr shifts.I bought this scrub pant as part of a set but the matching top was a no-go, so returned.

Not extremely larger woman friendly
I will write a review for all those plus size ladies that have trouble finding scrubs that fit. What I mean in a fit, meaning length, fit around the waist, thick thighs, rump. I am large all over. I have somewhat of a curve in my waist, but that is a problem area for me in the lower middle. I have wide rump, thick thighs, short torso and am 5'6". I am losing weight and just getting into a size 24w jeans from Torrid and Lane Bryant. The size 4x was too big all over. The size 3x in this Cherokee Core Stretch was better and did fit, HOWEVER, the thighs were a tad snug, and the rump area was a tad snug, the waist has stretch, but fit at the lower waist. If you need to do plenty of bending and lifting, be sure to wear an undergarment because these will show your back side, especially if you have a high booty crack like some people do. Even in the size 4x, it had the same issue. Low hipster type pants, NOT meant for larger, rounder in the middle people. The length of the pant was very long. These just about covered my feet up. Tends to be with all the scrubs. I would have had to hem these up at least 3". The tie in the front does help a little, over the course of the day, I can see it getting loose. It is not a stretch tie and the waist is not not an extreme stretch, nor is it wide, probably, about a 1/2" stretch waist band. The bottom near the hem does not have the ties. Not sure why these are called core stretch. They are not horrible, and do have some stretch, but not like a plus size woman would want. If there was not another choice, I would choose these. I chose the Dickies extreme stretch contemporary over these mainly because of the higher waist fit. They are a little more comfortable, cover the rump even when bending down, but also very long. Those needed to be hemmed as well by 3". I needed the Khaki and the Black. Khaki in the Cherokee is a very light Khaki but not see through, and in the Dickies, they are a shade darker, but not brown, more of a medium colored Khaki. Hope this helped in answering all your questions for these pants. I know I like details when placing an order for clothing online. Looks like that is what is going to happen now with all the store closures. : - (

If you're sorta tall (5'7-5'10ish), go with your normal size (or a size up)! Do not size down!!
For reference, I'm 5'8" and probably 135-140lbs. I'm tall enough that the normal length is always too short, but the tall length is usually a little long. I typically wear a small or medium in athletic pants/shorts depending on the brand. I decided to buy these in a small originally because all of the reviews say to size down. The small fit, but the waist didn't come up very high, especially in the back. When I squat down in them, the waist in the back comes down super low and def risks flashing people. They were also too short, as expected. I decided to order the medium to see which I liked better. The waist on the medium is definitely much larger than the small, but the drawstring allows you to tie them as tight as you want, so it really is a nonissue for me. The waist comes up much higher on the mediums, though, which is great if you're taller and like higher-rise pants. I imagine if you have a bigger butt, you'd also want the higher waist. The length of the mediums is definitely at least an inch longer than the small, too, so they ended up being perfect. The size descriptions say each size has the same inseam length, but that's definitely not true.TLDR; if you're too tall for the regular length and too short for the tall length, consider ordering a size or two up in the regular lengthThey also aren't stretchy at all despite the name, so if you hate feeling restricted, definitely do not size down!

The size was spot on! I got a tall length and it definitely met my expectations
Yeah, the tie around the waist is very comfortable and the fit is somewhat flattering.

Talls are very long
I have to wear Cherokee scrubs in Navy for my job as a vet tech. I originally got the unisex drawstring cargo pants in medium-tall. They fit OK but are not ideal for someone with curves. I have also tried the women's drawstring pant with flaired legs that have slits in medium-tall. They were too big & no matter how much I tightened them, they always loosened up & would slip down so that if I had to bend over, my undies would show. (I am a vet tech & have to be able to bend over & even sometimes crawl around on the floor.) The flaired leg with the slit made the leg opening so big that it engulfed my feet & I'd tread on them. I had to have them altered to get rid of the slit. Now, I am trying these pants. So far, they are comfortable. They fit my curves very well. My measurements are 30" waist, 40" hips, and at 5'9, I normally need a 34" inseam. I believe these are supposed to have a 33" inseam. I haven't measured the inseam but they are VERY long. The flaired leg also makes them engulf my feet, so they drag on the floor. I like the cargo pocket for keeping my cell phone handy. These don't seem to slide down when I sit or bend over. I do wish they came up a little higher on my waist. Overall, I like them and will probably get more.

The material is greatVery thin which is good for meI have a 33inch leg and 44inch hips so I ordered XL tallThose are the pics HUGE! I'm a size 16 in clothesSo I ordered a L standard leg and the crotch to waist tie is short so they were sitting low on me !So I have now ordered large tall and fingers crossed it's right this timeThey are very wide around the ankle but look ok with trainersI like the pockets and the feel hence why I'm still trying yo get the size right
