I've recently started adding cordyceps to my coffee in the morning and I can definitely say I've noticed a boost in energy. I can't attest to its immune boosting capabilities as I've gotten sick twice this winter so far. And I am a generally healthy individual as it is. It's always hard to say for sure if supplements are working because they oftentimes work so subtly in the body. But if you feel as though it's helping, then I think it's worth the buy. For me, these have definitely become a staple in my morning routine for self-care.
