If used to seal threaded connection in pool pipe, how long should you wait before turning the pump back on?

Lexel would adhere to the pipe, but does not handle hydrostatic (water) pressure terribly well. If you choose to use it, we would recommend allowing a full cure (7-10 days) with good air circulation prior to turning the pump back on. This is a non silicone caulk...there is no mention of silicone on the product itself.

Will it dry completely clear on CLEAR glass-to-glass application?

My wood-to-glass-to-plastic application dried crystal clear in the tiny places that it shows at all. I can't imagine why it wouldn't dry clear glass-to-glass. Don't forget to ventilate. If you can use it outside, so much the better. The fumes are strong, but dissipate fairly quickly, and after a time, are not detectable at all. Really great stuff.

Approximately how long of a 1/4” bead will the 5 oz tube lay ?

A 5oz squeeze tube of Lexel will caulk about 13 linear feet at 1/4" thickness.
