Exactly what you want
These with the R-Van nozzels are as good as it gets. Easy install, and I've had zero failures on 16 heads in a thirsty year. My dogs are always bothering with them and all that, just zero issue.

These are easy to install and provide a good spray pattern. They do not spray as far as indicated for me. Possibly due to water pressure, but mine seems strong, but the spray distance is only about 80% of expected. I would re-purchase if needed.

Value pack savings
I makes sense to buy a 10 pack of these. Rainbird has a great product but after years and years of use the seals do wear. My system has nozzles from 3 to 15’ so not including them is perfect as it makes the body more versatile. They come with a threaded orange cap which makes it easy to pull the riser up and screw on my nozzle of choice. Great value over buying individually.

Great Replacement Irrigation Spray Heads!
There are a number of companies that produce irrigation system products and some are interchangeable. My choice is Rainbird as the replacement items are readily available online, the hardware store near me and at the big box stores. The environment that these plastic spray heads operate in is harsh to say the least with growing grass, mowing, drought periods, excessive heat and periods of relentless rain. Having spare spray heads is essential to repair and continuing to have the system working efficiently and not wasting water. These items are easy to install and maximize coverage with the correct spray nozzle. It is always good to have a raincoat handy when troubleshooting any problem and running the system to make the adjustments to ensure effective coverage, as you will get wet doing these efforts!
