Great question! We use a chemical-free, amazingly simple, and natural process to make our whole-bean mushroom coffee. The mushroom extracts are coated onto freshly roasted coffee beans, utilizing the elements of time and temperature only. There isn’t a single additional additive, adherent, adhesive, or agent involved in the process. It’s simply organic, fair-trade, single-origin coffee beans coated with lion’s mane and chaga extracts.

Is this coffee tested for mold?

Our main focus is to offer you the safest, cleanest, and highest-quality products possible. To ensure this, we test all of our products (coffee included!) in 3rd party laboratories for mold, mycotoxins, heavy metals, microbial quality, aflatoxins, yeast, and pesticides!

Highly recommend trying!

Absolutely love this coffee. I notice an increase in energy and more importantly I notice a definite difference in my focus! Doesn’t bother my stomach at all and I have a finicky tummy. Love the flavor of the coffee oils and it’s almost got a buttery quality that glides over your mouth. Best of all, it’s affordable.

The coffee was a nice strong coffee. I got whole beans so I ground my own coffee. The taste was nice. It didn’t have any weird taste to it. It made a nice cup of coffee.

Too early to determine if it has any nootropic effects, but as a coffee it's quite fine. There's no hint of the mushrooms -- or anything else -- besides coffee.If we sense actual improvement in our short-term memory, we'll push this to 5 stars.
