A little salty. Has a hint of garlic. Very hot though and I like hot sauce. This is spicy. Comes out of the bottle hard though.

This is a nice sauce that is good with many things. I like it most with Costco' thick beef jerky or on a chicken BLT. It is not hot enough for me. I can handle to about 1 million Scoville. There is no Scoville rating, so I don't know how hot it really is...I guess somewhere between 20k to 300k Scoville. It does not adulterate the food, except it is a bit salty. Dip beef jerky into this sauce and enjoy a pleasure in life! I would buy it again to enjoy with beef jerky.

Le Carolina reaper c'est une légende alors je m'attendais à un truc qui arrache. Bon on ne ça pas se mentir, ça pique quand-même mais moins que le tabasco scorpion donc je suis un oeu déçu mais pour le reste, c'est quand-même une bonne sauce et la bouteille et un bel objet

Bought as a present for a friend who eats Birds Eyes and Jalapenos like candy. Grows his own and casually pulls a handful off the plant and chews them. Warned him it was hot. He tipped the bottle and let some run on to his tongue. After his eyes stopped running he said "Spicy. Nice" Didn't come back for seconds, heh heh heh.
