Perfect For Pancakes And omelettes...
I got the 8" Berghoff frying pan. It's perfect for cooking small amounts of food.This pan has a nice heavy weight to it. I have used it for breakfast foods and also to saute vegetables. It heats up nicely with no hot spots. The pan cleans up easily. I have an electric stove so my pan has some scratches on the bottom. I will get some stainless steel cleaner to keep it nice and shiny. This is a professional-quality pan and I am enjoying using it.

Quality Frying Pan
This is a good quality frying pan. It's heavy, and made well. The finish is great also. I'm pretty happy with this overall, to quickly prepare meals for myself.

Do not buy this pan
I bought this $50 stainless steel pan to cook eggs. Be advised it is impossible to accomplish this simple task. I have other stainless cookware than work as well as non stick pans without the toxins which is why I bought this pan. I tried cooking eggs on low heat with a Tblsp of coconut oil. There were so stuck I could not turn them over-they had to be discarded. So I tried 3 more times with increasing amounts of oil with the same result. My husband tried cooking sausage (with 1/4 cup of oil) and scrambled eggs. He had to throw them out due to them being impossible to stir due to sticking like cement. It is literally impossible to cook in this expensive pan. It does not resemble stainless cookware. Please do not purchase this pan unless you enjoy throwing your money away.Frustrated and hungry in Texas.

Avoid abrasive or steel wool, steel scouring pads or harsh detergent. Food residue and stains can be removed with a sponge or nylon scrubbing pad.
